Mustard is a super sweet 15hd, bay, Thoroughbred filly, by Spanish Moon out of Mystery Drama. She has not raced.

Affectionate and genuine, she has been slowly backed and quietly started over the summer. She was genuinely easy to back and had taken to light hacking and short schooling sessions like a duck to water. She has never thought about bucking or rearing or bombing off or spinning. Hacking in company, she’s the one that will walk past a scary monster and show the older horses how it’s done.

Correct confirmation, good paces and a relaxed, natural outline. She is a blank, unspoiled canvas, ready to go to a new home to quietly continue her education.

She is snaffle mouthed, hacks alone and in company, is sensible in open spaces, and is good in traffic. She is good with farrier. I have only shod her infront so far as she has strong feet and has not needed shoeing behind, but she is happy to be trimmed behind so I have no reason to think shoeing her hinds would be difficult.

I am confident she could turn her hoof to anything be it dressage, jumping, hacking, hunting or polo as she has a lovely nature and calm temperament. I genuinely can’t think of anything bad about her (apart from the fact that she just didn’t grow big enough to race).

Full history known as she was born here on the stud. She has had no bad experiences, no bad or rough treatment and she is genuinely trusting and loving.

Here at The Glanvilles Stud we breed Thoroughbreds to race, and sadly Mustard just didn’t grow tall enough to be a 3yo store sale prospect, hence we have carefully started her to give her the best chance of finding her way in life. She is now ready to move onto a new home, experienced with bringing on young horses and with the time to devote to her continued education.

Rare Dark bay Caspian gelding for sale, turned 4 years in June. I home bred him and he has great breeding. Reza stands at 11.2hh and is a handsome and lively young man. He is a great companion as he is happy to be left on his own while his friend goes out and can be stabled or live out. He is currently living out 24/7 which he is happiest with.

Reza has done lots of inhand walking and been lead off my ridden horse, he enjoys going out and seeing the world and is a curious chap. He is sensitive and spooky so you have to earn his trust and then he is a loyal friend. Reza can be sharp so not suitable around young children. I have found training him and introducing him to new things very rewarding.

Barefoot, he is good with farrier (as long as they are calm), he is up to date with his vaccinations and had his teeth done for the first time a few months ago. Reza had had sarcoids which have been treated and he has made an excellent recovery.


I would love for him to go to an adult home where someone would love him and enjoy training him. I took him showing once last year (which blew his mind a little but he did very well!)

Caspians are a really interesting breed with a fascinating history and are currently on the critically endangered list. They believe that they pre-date Arabs and are similar to them in many ways. Very intelligent and curious and like forming a bond with their person.

Lovely 2-year-old gelding, part-bred New Forest pony looking for an experienced, patient home. Will make approx 14hh.
I bought him from the sales with the intention of producing him and selling him on. Unfortunately, it's become clear that he needs far more time, love, and one-to-one attention than I'm able to give him.
He wears a headcollar and leads well but is very nervous around people. As I know very little about his background, I believe he needs someone who can spend the winter building his trust and confidence through kind, consistent handling.
He is not suitable for a novice or anyone wanting a pony that's ready to go. With time and patience, the aim would be for him to be ready to start backing next summer.
This is a genuine sale, and finding the right home is far more important than a quick sale. He deserves someone who will give him the time he needs to become the pony I believe he can be.

12hh Unregistered Welsh A pony rising 5 year old Gelding.

This lovely pony has been started as a 3.5 year old off the Welsh mountains in 2024 and he can walk, trot and canter under saddle and is good over poles on the floor . He is a nervous/jumpy pony but once he knows you he is the sweetest boy.

He is happy to live alone or in a group. He is good to be left alone, so make a great companion or a summer riding project.

We have only owned him for a few months and he was brought as a lead rein pony for our 4 year old daughter however he isn’t a lead rein pony and not suitable for a young child, he needs an older confident child to bring him on and grow he will grow in confidence, he will make a great pony for someone in time.

He will be so fun for someone. He loads and travels like a dream and you wouldn’t know he was on board. He is upto date with his vaccinations and had his teeth done beginning of the year. He lives off fresh air and has good solid feet. No health issues. Passported and microchipped. He just needs to find somone to give him a little bit of time and he will be cracking.. knowledgeable homes only.

Riverdale Anastasia aka Tia is a beautiful 10 year old, full up 14.2 British riding pony mare. She's fit and in consistant work, she has been shown up to county level in hand and locally ridden. She hasn,t been in the ring for a while so will need a refresh.

Safe as houses on the ground, I'd trust a child with her. Easy to bath, clip, groom, vet, farrier ect... Will turn out or stay in happily on her own or in company. Very happy horse and a loving asset to any yard.

Tia will hack in company, walk, trot, canter and pop a small jump all day long but will nap when hacking alone.

Tia is a competition pony therefore, is sharp. She can have a nasty nap ( a shoulder drop and spin ). I have videos to show this behaviour.

She is a very well loved pony and this is a very sad sale and a completely honest ad as i want to find Tia the most experianced and fitting home. I will only accept experianced homes, no children or novice riders.

I bought these lovely mares 2 years ago. They have just turned 4yo. My plan was to start them as children’s riding ponies. Unfortunately life has just been too busy over the 2 years to make a proper start on them. We have worked on ground work, given them lots of life experience around the village. They love the pub! They are both so friendly, bold and very easy to do. They won’t be a long project for someone with more tine than me. The smaller one 12.3hh has been backed and is super calm. The taller one 13.1hh is more spirited but still easy. It would be nice if they could go as a pair but will sell separately. All viewings and vetting welcome. £1500 per pony.
