Description

Skye is a 6 year cob mare, 13.3 hh bitted and used to having a saddle on, I have ridden her in the school a handful of times last year so will need to be started from scratch, up to date with teeth and jabs, currently unshod but used to farrier as has regular trim, walks out in hand with company, currently lives out with mares and geldings, I have had her since she was 8 months old and have pictures of both her dam and sire. She likes to be fussed and groomed. She learns quickly.

I was taking things very slowly with her but since losing my older horse I am giving up altogether.

Description

Bambi is 2 years old , passported and recently had feet trimmed.

very pretty filly but currently in winter woolies!

good for farrier
good to load and travels well
good to handle
ideal spring project
will make a fantastic kids pony once grown and matured.
had tiny kids sit on her and a cub saddle on.
walked out o roads and has proved very good.

sold as a project NOT a lead rein pony ready to go. she's still a baby .
one of her back feet turns out a little when she stands certain angles, so won't make a perfect show pony confirmation wise, this may straighten up as she grows.

no offers as paid more but time of year reflects price.

she looks like a real life Barbie pony :)

Description

Beautiful 15.2 Andulusian mare, 8yr, very low mileage. Imported from Spain July 22 Passed 5 stage vetting. Hacks with company, used to hack alone in Spain but we ve not tried.

Recently successfully treated for ulcers which we believe were caused by quite a traumatic journey from Spain. We now feel that Ria would benefit from some time to chill so we have made the decision to sell her as a project to someone who has the facilities to turn her away with plenty of grazing and allow her just to be a horse for a while. She is such a loving mare and a dream to handle and we believe that with some time to chill and fully recover she will be an amazing all rounder.
This has been a really hard decision but sadly we cannot give her the environment she needs as we are very restricted on grazing where we are and are also on a very busy yard and she is finding this quite stressful.

A good home is more important than the price and she will not just go to someone who will just want to bring her straight back into work, she needs some free roaming time with some friends.

Videos of her being ridden are available on request, although she will be sold from the stable unridden.

Open to vetting.

Description

Summer song sympathy

15hh 11yr old bay mare broodmare

Would be perfect as a broodmare as has donnerhall (dressage) and contender (showjumping) bloodlines. she has been backed later in her life due to no fault of her own. Has just been brought in from field to be backed but proven to be sharp. This reflects in her price. Not a novice ride hence why selling as a broodmare.

Description

Very sad sale of a much loved friend.

Jack is a very clever, cheeky 9yo, 16+hh piebald gelding, full of character who loves to be with people and in the thick of a conversation! However, he has sadly grown too big for his current owner who is now unable to continue with the training that he needs.

Jack had sarcoids as a 4yo which were successfully treated with no recurrence. This, plus COVID and no arena facilities, delayed his education and he is being offered as a project. He is still very green but learns quickly and could go a long way in the right hands.

He was re-backed in summer 2020 and has been used to hack around the fields and country lanes and has made fantastic progress from where we started. He is perfect using the mounting block to get on and off and is happy to hack alone or in company. He has calmly been led with novice riders on board. He is very composed with most traffic but is wary and snorts at trailers. He does not like tractors on the lanes!

On the ground, Jack responds very well to clicker training and loves doing carrot stretches and in-hand tricks. He loves his scratches and will tell you where to scratch! He can be a little pushy and mouthy, especially when he is bored. He is better when not fed treats by hand.

When he is worked consistently, he is wonderful. However, his behaviour before Christmas was poor due to the owner sustaining an injury and being unable to exercise him enough. He can be spooky and throw the occasional buck.

He has recently had 6 weeks of intensive training to iron out his issues and see where his potential might lie.

He is barefoot and rides in a bitless bridle or in a snaffle bit. He is very well-mannered with the vet and farrier. He is fully up to date with farrier, teeth, vaccines, worming and back.

Due to lack of arena and water-logged fields, only a 2 stage vetting will be possible.

Description

Perry is 5 years old (believe 6 in June). He was rescued by the RSPCA around 8 months to a year old and homed on a quiet farm in Lincolnshire until he was rising 5 when he came to live with me. In my care he has come a long way; good in stable and very clean and easy to muck out, comes to call from field, respectful of fencing, good for farrier, good to load, been introduced to school, pole work and lunging in the school and in round pen. He can ride and lead, hacks better in company but will hack alone. Can walk, trot, canter but still very gangly and green. He also paces so could be TB x Trotter. Also good to long rein. He is bold, funny and extremely sweet.

Very sadly for me, I don't think he is suited to such a busy riding school and livery where we are based with our other horses. After 9 months with me, he is still not as settled as I would expect him to be. I am looking for him to go to an experienced 5* forever home only. He deserves the best. Home is most important and I would ideally like the odd update on him if possible. He can come with tack and full wardrobe. I have so many photos and videos if you would like to see more. Serious buyers only please and I will be asking about your home and experience too! 2500.00 without anything or 3500.00 with leather, professionally fitted dressage saddle, Micklem bridle and full wardrobe.

Description

Cindy 15.3 4 Year old mare
Cindy has been with us 4 weeks to begin her re-training. She has proven very sweet and quiet. She is easy to do in all ways.
She is coming along very nice in the school, walk, trot and canter and popping a few jumps.
A gem to hack out, will happily lead or sit behind. She has been to a couple of school hires and has taken everything in her stride.
She would suit a mother daughter share or someone looking to put a stamp on their own horse. She is up to date with teeth and jabs
She is clean limed and retired from racing sound. She only ran a handful of times but unfortunately was too slow.
I know her full history due to working on the yard she was kept at.
She occasionally cribs but this is solved with cribox. Since being with us, enjoying her new life and turnout this has become very minimal.
We d love to see this mare to go a home who can produce her further and make her into a brilliant all rounder.

Please no novices, she is a quiet mare but she is green and will need further producing to bring out her full potential. Based Hampshire, between low and mid 4 figures

Description

Lauren is her registered name - we call her Ruby. She was born in April 2020 and has been well handled as a foal and both her mother and father are available to view at the farm. She has a lovely gentle nature and is quiet to handle. She has excellent bloodlines with her Dam Sire being Thorneyside the Real McCoy with Nebo and Trevallion in her bloodlines.
Ruby is needing a forever home to further her education and bring her in to work. She has always been very placid and has a lovely nature so should be an easy project horse. Only for sale as due to the awful weather conditions and waterlogged fields she has been bought into a pen with others who are much higher in the pecking order.
Photograph was taken in October 2023 more recent shots to follow. She is currently standing about 14.2 but will provide a more accurate measurement if required.

Haremeare Lulu
10 years old, 15.1hh Mare
Lulu is being sold as a project/broodmare.
On arrival, Lulu was very ear shy, this has definitely improved but could do with some more work.
She has been ridden with me twice, the first time after years of being a broodmare she was trotting, cantering and jumping in the school. She is very willing, keen and a little bit sharp.
She is a lovely girl, easy to lead, but can be nervous.
She has lovely breeding, and carries a rare frame gene so can produce a coloured foal even to a solid stallion.

Pretty 14.3hh 9yr old mare unregistered welsh D

I ve been told that Bonnie was previously backed and has had a couple of foals since. We ve restarted lunging, long lining, she s been on the road and has been lent over and walked. Bonnie is very polite and has good ground and stable manners. She is easy to do, she lives in or out with mares or geldings. Bonnie has lovely paces - she took a little while to settle with me and can be nervous about silly things. She s a beautiful mare who unfortunately is just too much for the livery who we had bought her for to bring on. With some 1x1 attention and love, she s got plenty of potential.

Description

Fox is a 16hh (approx) 2020 gelding. He finished racing 12 months ago (sound) due to not showing enough promise either in training or in his one race he ran.
He has had the last year in the field growing and being a horse.
I've worked him a handful of times just to see his attitude & he's proving very easy with a lovely attitude to work and a very laid back disposition.
He's long reined and sat on a few times including boxing up to a new venue which he took in his stride. He obviously needs re-starting & although he's a chilled boy, he would suit someone who has help around them or enough experience to do this in the correct way.
I've lunged him over, poles, a crosspole and a few logs which he also took in his stride.
He is good to load, travel, shoe, clip, worm, jab, catch and generally easy to handle & loves people.
He has lived in or out (currently out 24/7).
He needs a new human to allow him to flourish into a fabulous all-rounder.
His only vice is that he windsucks, which is the only reason he's this cheap.
This can be controlled with a collar.
Plenty more pictures on request. Currently in his winter woolies.
Please call ONLY with serious enquiries.

Been to a couple of shows this year and took them both well in her stride.
Good to load, travel, bath, farrier.
She has started wearing tack and lunging and going well.

Elvis van het harteveld X Eugano-B
sold from the field.
stallion for sale as a project as been out of work for while due to being out with some of his ladies, so offering now before bringing him back in to work.
Sox has done a bit of everything. He has showjumped up to newcomers. He is a beast at cross-country and never says no to anything. Sox has also previously done a bit of dressage. Does hack alone and in company.
He is happy to live out 24/7 or stabled at night.
He would make an excellent addition to a small stud looking for a good quality bloodline for next years breeding season. Sox is well built with good bone. Has bred some lovely foals already, and which are showing great attitude to life.
5* home for this lovely chap, around mid 4 figures. more photos of his off string and himself on request.

Description

Very sad sale due to change in circumstances meaning she is currently being wasted.

Bambi is 16hh and 14 yrs old. She is a very honest, loving little mare and for a TB is a pretty good doer. She holds her weight well in Winter and although she is stabled at this time of year, has happily lived out in the Summer. She s good to shoe, clip etc and is barefoot on her backs as she has good feet.
To be honest she s not really a project at all as my 11 yr old daughter rides her in the school but she can be nappy out on hacks until she knows the routes and she can be difficult to load although she travels well once on board. Her loading issue comes from being on board a transporter that broke down on the motorway, which has left her not feeling it anymore 😬
She has been very well schooled previously and although I m not a dressage rider, I have been advised that in the right hands she could do a lovely test. She also likes to jump and could be great fun for the right person.
She was previously a point to point racehorse, so is now ROR registered.
As above, my 11 year old rides her in the school and she is impeccable with her. This applies whether she s being ridden daily or once a month a trait hard to find in a TB.
She has had complete novices on her and again she behaves impeccably.
She is also amazing to handle and my daughter turns her out/brings her in and can do anything with her.
Her only issues are the napping when in new places (but this subsides once she s familiar with a place) and her difficulty to load.
I am absolutely gutted to be putting her up for sale but my work situation has changed and my hours no longer allow me to put the time in to her that she needs and she s too good a horse to be left in a field.
Genuine enquiries only. She is currently based at Parley Equestrian Centre.
I have priced her at 3500 to come with all of her wardrobe.

12.3 dartmoor looking for a home as a companion or project. Three year old.
Has sweetitch but comes with boett, snood and fly rugs. Absolutely no hand treats or he gets nippy.
Good to groom, hose off, pick feet out and trim, loads and travels perfectly, will stay by the trailer tide up or in the box munching hay happily.
Has been backed but finds being ridden very exciting so not a child's pony. Tack included and up to date with jabs. Lots of photos and videos on request. Price negotiable to the right home. Selling due to vet bills for our other pony and lack of time to bring him on more.
