Hypnotherapy, NLP, and Coaching have been used for many decades to help sportspeople of any discipline, and at any level, to remove mental blocks and improve confidence and performance.

With equestrian sport, we are working with two brains (rider and horse), and the rider's thoughts and behaviours, whether positive or negative, transmit directly to the horse, have a great impact on the partnership and, ultimately, the desired results.

Horse Riding/Ownership is expensive and time-consuming. Money is spent on trying to get things right such as lessons, tack, feed, saddlery, physio, teeth, bitting, and the vet. So why would we not invest in ourselves and get our minds in the best shape possible to achieve what we want?

Here are some of the scenarios that I can help with:

  • Finding any excuse not to ride
  • Lack of confidence generally
  • Fear following a fall/accident

  • Making the same error multiple times when competing
