Server Upgrade Completed

The site is now running on a new, faster server with the latest software. Some of the older sections weren’t compatible with the new software, so have been updated or changed completely.

The classifieds are unchanged, everything has copied over & working well.

The event diary has been replaced, so any previous event links will not work, but should take you to the new diary. Events can now be shared individually using the links at the top, there is also now an option to add events to your own calendars.

The business directory listings must now show a map. Existing listings without a map have been changed to show the nearest town. I have been in contact with the software company, hopefully this issue can be resolved soon.

The old news articles have not been copied over, the work involved made this impractical for old news.

This has been a huge & unexpected operation, but hopefully the site will be ok for a few more years yet!

NFED Event Diary View Diary Submit Event

The NFED provides a free event diary for events organised by a BRC recognised club or non-profit organisation (Pony Club, BHS, BD, YFC, Hunt, etc), or held primarily in aid of a registered charity, club funds or good cause.

Events held by a commercial venue, individual or entity as part of their business or for profit or gain are only accepted with a corresponding Standard Listing in the NFED Services Directory.
