Advert Not Found?

Advert Live, But Not Found When Logging In
If you can see the advert but receive a message saying the advert is not found when you try to log in, it is normally due to the advert number or password being incorrect. Both are included in the Advert Details Email or can be recovered from the control panel. Passwords are case sensitive, so must be typed exactly as originally entered. Some non-alpha numerical characters may cause issues in passwords. If this happens, please contact admin to reset the password for you.

If you have renewed your advert, the new advert will have a different advert number, so this must be used. The new advert details would have been sent to your email address, if you no longer have the email simply search the classifieds for your email address & all live ads will be displayed. The advert number can be seen at the top of each advert.

Your 8 digit order number (Paid Ads) is different to your 6 digit advert number. This is issued by the shopping cart system & is not recognised by the classifieds.

Advert Not Found on the System

  • Unpaid & unapproved adverts are deleted after two days. Pay for the original advert & a replacement will be posted*.
  • If the advert did not qualify as a free advert, it will be treated as an unpaid ad & removed after two days. Please see: Why Hasn't My Advert Been Approved?
  • If the guidelines have not been followed, the advert will be deleted.
  • Not all adverts are acceptable: See Guideline 5
  • Modified ads: Items have been exchanged, new items added or no longer follows guidelines, the advert will be removed.
  • If an approved advert is over 6 months old, it will have expired.
  • Adverts marked as SOLD or no longer available are removed to allow other ads to move up the list.
  • Adverts subject to ongoing dispute or investigation will be removed. 

Breaking Rules or Causing Problems
Anyone deliberately cheating the system, breaking rules, using multiple identities, acting, advertising, or trading dishonestly, canvassing, ignoring guidelines, being abusive, harming the good reputation of the NFED, or causing problems in any way whatsoever will have existing adverts removed without notice & will no longer be permitted to use our services. Any refunds will entirely be at the administrator’s discretion.

* If an advertiser regularly submits adverts that require payment & does not pay, the adverts will be removed without waiting the two days. We pay AWS to back-up the server on a nightly basis, the cost to us depends on the amount of data, so unpaid ads are costing us money. In the unlikely event that payment is received, the advert will be replaced.

CKArt-NFED has discretion as to which ads or advertisers are in violation of these guidelines. If you are prepared to cheat us or our users, we don’t need you here and politely suggest you go elsewhere.
