NFED Services Directory Help & Frequently Asked Questions

How to Add, Replace or Remove a Photo

When you get to Stage 3 & the advert has been saved, you will be given the option to upload your photos or you can return & upload photos at any time by going to the Advert Control Panel.

The details & links will also be included in your NFED Classified Advert Details Email, so please check your in box.

All ads will accept four photos in jpg, jpeg, bmp, png or gif format. You will receive a confirmation Thumbs Up when a photo has uploaded. The main photo must be uploaded successfully for the other three photos to show.

If you are using a mobile, try uploading one at the time. Reducing the image size & using WiFi or 4G connection will help to avoid the common upload problems caused by large files or slow connections.

Don't Struggle. You can also send photos by Email or WhatsApp & we will upload them for you. See Contact Us section for details

Replacing Photos
To replace an existing photo, simply upload a new photo & it will replace your old one. If it uploads successfully but doesn't change, you may need to refresh the page as you are still seeing the old photo held in your history.

Removing a Photo
If you need to remove a photo completely & not replace it, please contact admin & we will remove the image for you. Please supply your advert number & which image to remove.

For further information, please see: NFED Classified Photographs - The Basics

Copyright
In all cases it is the advertisers responsibility to ensure that they hold copyright or have permission to use the photo. In most cases the photographer owns the copyright under UK copyright laws. Using any photograph without permission or the photographers consent is breaking the law. In the event of a dispute, the image will be removed until proof can be provided, any copyright disputes are between the copyright owner and the poster. NFED/CK Art is not responsible for the actions of its users.
