Adverts cannot be moved or bumped. Each advert has a unique number, the adverts are displayed in numerical order. To move an advert back to the top it must be replaced or renewed. Modifying an advert will not change the advert number or position.

Paid Renewal £8.99

You may renew your advert at any time and as often as you wish. Once payment is received, our administrator will post a replacement advert on your behalf. All existing details, photos, and password will remain unchanged; however, your advert number will be updated.

Please allow up to 24 hours for processing, as advert replacements can only be made during office hours. You will receive an email with the new advert details—please disregard the payment section, as your renewal has already been processed.

Once your new advert is approved, you will receive a confirmation email titled Order Complete. If you wish to log in to the updated advert, please use the new advert number provided.

The new advert will go back up the list & be featured if suitable. 

• Click on the pencil icon below the advert to go to the advert control panel.
• Select "Renew Ad" and your advert will be added to the shopping cart.
• Checkout in the normal way.
• If the advert has expired: Go to the Classifieds Payment page enter the old advert number and put renew in the comments.

Free Replacements

Paid offered for sale adverts over 8 weeks old may be replaced free of charge at the administrator’s discretion.
The replacement advert must first be submitted by the advertiser.
Due to the time and resources required, we DO NOT submit replacement adverts without payment.

NOTE: The replacement must clearly match the original ad. i.e. the same single animal or item. This offer does NOT apply if the original advert contained multiple items or animals. It does not apply to adverts offering grazing, livery vacancies, share, loans or rental.

To renew an advert without payment:

• Check the advert date to ensure it is at least 8 weeks old.
• Submit the new advert and note the advert number. This will also be in your advert Email.
• Disregard the payment section.
• Email the administrator the old and new advert numbers to request a free replacement.

Providing the advert qualifies, it will be approved free of charge and the original advert removed. 
As with all free ads, the new advert will not be featured.

Replacing a Free Ad

To provide a fair service to all of our users, any repeat wanted or offered advert or ads containing items previously advertised within the last two months DO NOT qualify as free ads.

Providing the advert is at least two months old, simply remove it and submit a new advert.

* The advert must be at least two months old.
* You must submit the advert yourself to qualify as a free advert or use the paid option.
* Not removing old ads may cause your advert to be rejected.
* Anyone using multiple identities to cheat the system will no longer be eligible for free ads.

If an approved free advert is removed within two months of the submission date, the replacement WILL NOT qualify as a free ad and the deleted advert cannot be recovered. This is clearly stated in the guidelines which must be accepted before an advert can be submitted and again above the Delete Advert button. To readvertise, you must either wait two months from the original advert date or pay the standard fee for the new advert.
