Advertising Terms & Conditions – CK Art - NFED
By submitting and paying an insertion fee for an advertisement on NFED or upgrading to a featured advert, you enter into a binding contract for advertising services with CK Art - NFED.

The advert insertion fee covers processing the advert and the costs incurred by non-recoverable third-party services. Once processed and approved, there are no further costs or commission to pay. The price is the same whether the advert is online for seconds or the full 180 days.

Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a full refund, you must contact the administrator before processing begins. Once the order has been processed, the service is considered to have commenced, and cancellation rights will no longer apply, in accordance with the Distant Selling Regulations governing online services.

We are under no obligation to issue refunds for advertisements that are unsuccessful or removed— whether by the advertiser or the administrator after approval. Any refunds will be granted solely at the administrator’s discretion and may impact future advertisements, potentially resulting in approval delays or loss of eligibility for free ads due to contract violations. Non-refundable PayPal/Bank charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Customer Technical Support & Service Charges
We provide comprehensive technical support to our customers at no additional cost. For ad hoc services, a rate of £50 per hour applies, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes (£12.50). Please be advised that payment cancellations may result in applicable support charges being deducted from any refundable amounts.

PayPal & Card Refunds
Refunds will be issued as the net amount we receive, with PayPal retaining their transaction fees. Unless the error is ours, any refunds will reflect the total received after deductions.

Bank Transfer Refunds
If for any reason a bank transfer or banking app payments need to be refunded, please contact us & provide the following account details:

Account Holder Name
Sort Code
Bank Account Number

As simple refunds are not possible with this form of payment, a return payment will need to be made. To prevent fraud, payments made in other ways will not be repaid by bank transfer.
