The NFED is run as a hobby/business for fellow equestrian enthusiasts. We don't have staff on standby, and like many of you, we're often busy caring for horses. As such, we are not available for phone support—please do not request a callback.

We can only respond to queries related to the NFED website or the services we offer.

Any call showing our number is almost certainly a spoofed call. For your safety, never give out personal details, verification codes, or payment information to anyone claiming to be from NFED.
