Full-Time Groom / Yard Staff Required

Private Dressage Competition Yard – Wimborne St Giles, Dorset 🌿

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our friendly team at a private dressage competition yard and stud near Cranborne / Verwood (BH21 5ND).


The Role
•30 hr position
•Days off: Sunday, Monday morning, Wednesday
•Working hours typically: 7:00am–10.00am and 3:00pm–6:30pm (with flexibility as required)
•General yard duties (feeding, haying, mucking out, water, sweeping, etc.)
•Grooming, tacking up and untacking
•Assisting with the daily care of stud and competition horses

Freelance or employed position considered.


We Are Looking For Someone Who:
•Has experience working with horses (training can be provided for the right person)
•Is hardworking, trustworthy and punctual
•Has excellent attention to detail
•Works well within a team but can also use initiative
•Takes pride in maintaining high standards of horse care and yard presentation
•Holds a full driving licence
