Erle is the sweetest horse, he was backed late as a 5 year old, and has been ridden for 2 full seasons. Sadly I am getting on and it’s time for him to go to his forever home as I retire from horses.
Erle was backed by myself using Parelli and TRT methods, he has 3 beautiful paces, but we have done little schooling recently as our facilities are flooded. He has hacked all over Salisbury Plain, in company and on his own.
He hasn’t hunted, but would be ideally suited for this as he prefers company when out and behaves well around others. He lacks experience, I’ve been his only rider and I haven’t wanted to compete or travel. He has never bucked or reared, but is a sensitive soul and needs a quiet confident rider. Snaffle mouthed.
Bare foot, need only a reshape every 8 weeks. Good for farrier, vet, clipping, worming etc. Up to date with vaccination, teeth, worming etc regular visits from saddler. Will happily share a field with a herd, mares and geldings. Currently lives out 24/7.
