We are looking for someone who is happy to work solo in our private family yard with a range of horses from youngstock through the age groups to the old and retired. We have 11 horses (looking to reduce numbers) currently all out 24/7, with daily feeding and poo picking.
Groom needs to be hardworking, capable of making decisions and getting on with the day to day routine. Hours to suit (roughly 2-4 hours a day), hourly rate to be discussed. Riding’s a possibility for the right person. Some show days to cover.
We are looking to cover 7 days a week, so happy looking for 2 grooms. This position comes highly recommended by current grooms (whose personal circumstances have changed). Super little job in quiet yard. May suit a parent dropping off kids at school.
