The field is about 1.5 acres and would best suit 2 Ponies. It is quite sheltered through hedges and trees and comes with a large area of mudcontrol mats which offer excellent hardstanding for the winter months.

We are a small yard and have direct access to beautiful off road hacking/walking out directly onto the Coastal Path, all the way to the main beach. Flood lit rubber and sand school. Secure tack room. Individual storage. Lorry/Trailer parking. Toilets. 24 hour CCTV. Mains operated permanent electric fencing.
We are keeping our ponies as natural as possible. Tenants can put up their own tracks in their fields for more movement and reduction of the risk of laminitis. It’s mainly a DIY yard, but if you need assistance, it can be adjusted to your individual needs. We have lots of experience with older and special needs ponies. We are located between Portsmouth and Chichester, on North Hayling, not far from the bridge.
