Wickwood Red Velvet

Sadly outgrown before we really got going. Looking for a new home.

4 year old New Forest mare. Approx 13.1hh. Shown in hand, always coming home with ribbons. Full sister to Wickwood Destiny who has had huge success in the New Forest show ring.

Sire: Longcopse Elton who is known for passing on his expressive movement to his progeny. Velvet is testament to this.
Dam: Doorage Star Light.

PSSM clear by parentage.

Same home since 6 months old but sadly outgrown by my daughters. Lightly backed at walk and trot. Green but willing.

We will continue to build up her education slowly. Lives out but has been stabled on the odd occasion. She's so laid back and regularly left alone in the field while the older horses are ridden, however she's always first to the gate, asking for attention. Has seen farm machinery and has hacked out in hand in fields and woods.

Will require experienced home to continue her education.
