Description
For sale – 6 year old miniature Shetland lead rein pony. Beautiful brown and white miniature Shetland mare, 6 years old, looking for her next loving home. We have owned her for 3 years, making this a very sad sale. She has been an absolute star for our children and has given our little girl the best memories – attending ridden and, in-hand showing. She has also been driven by my older daughter. She is a lead rein pony. Good with the farrier. Happy to stand all day being groomed. Sensible for children to enjoy. Can be left in the field for week's and brought back into work with no fuss. Turns out happily with mares or geldings. Never bucked, kicked she has not been worked much this year, but this has never bothered her and she remains the same reliable little pony.Sadly, our daughter has now outgrown her, so it is time for her to find another family to love and enjoy her as much as we have. 5* home is a must – this pony means the world to us. Serious enquiries only please.£2750 ono
Pigbush Pol Roger - 4 year old (may) green passport nf gelding. 14.1hh measured last autumn, assumed to make full up 14.2hh. Dark bay/Black with no white bits!We are tentatively advertising Roger due to a combination of my work leaving me with much less time than I hoped and us finding it impossible to find no fuss, simple grazing near to us for a no fuss and simple pony! This is a very sad sale as I have never come across a more laid back and easy young pony as this lovely chap. He is ready to start a job this summer and I have no doubt he will be ridiculously easy to do. He wore tack happily last summer and nothing generally phases him. He is in no way skittish, very much an old head on young shoulders and I would trust him to be handled even by children.Roger is too submissive for his own good in the field and could do with some decent spring grass or to be in with ponies that are also laid back as he gets bullied away from hay. Currently he is in with strong willed mares on grazing that is kept very sparse and so is a bit sorry for himself and I just can not keep hoping the perfect field space is going to turn up. He is going to be someones pony of a life time. Full history known, open to very near offers. Ringwood.£2250
14hh Piebald mare. Will be 12 years old in May (born 2014)She loves hacking out - on her own or in company. Has completed several fun rides. She is traffic proof even with lorries. Not bothered about white boards or flower displays. She has done a few clear round practices and never looks at anything! She has attended many clinics. She loads on a lorry, in a trailer and in a 3.5T. She has a lovely temperament and will stand all day to be brushed and fussed over. Brilliant to bath, clip, shoe (shod with fronts). She has been schooled on, in the last two and a half years with us.Low mileage but willing. She can live in or out. She has been in at night in winter with us but at the moment is fine out 24/24.Genuine reason for sale. Will come with a fitted saddle, new bridle and several rugs.Up to date with physio, dentist and saddle fitter.Good home essential for this lovely mare.Would prefer her not to go to a novice home as I wouldn't want her ruined. However she is safe.£4,900

Lovely New Forest gelding rising 5 standing between 13.2-13.3hh owned since 6 months old and purchased off the forest so full history known.Finn was slowly backed and has recently started to be brought on further by a professional who has been hacking him out alone in all paces through woods and open spaces where he is proving to be confident and forward going including having some schooling at home. Finn is still very green and can be a typical forester so will need a knowledgeable home with experience in bringing on youngsters to continue his education. Finn would suit being in a herd with lots of others to play with to keep his brain occupied! He is up to date with vaccinations and is currently barefoot. Sire: Portmore Downpour This is a very sad sale so please no time wasters. £2500 onoSaddle available at separate negotiation.

Logan (aka Logie Bear) is a Dartmoor Hills Pony who is 5.5 years old. He has been brought on carefully and is wonderful on the ground, and under saddle. He absolutely loves working- in the ménage or out hacking. His favourite thing to do is jump! At home he has cleared 3ft. Happily jumping a child’s water tray full of water, tires, potties and Christmas trees! We have hired a riding school ménage and he was completely unfazed by horses being turned out and lead past. We have also hired a XC venue and he behaved impeccably. He jumped a variety of types with no hesitations, including the water segment. Logan is great with the farrier, dentist, loading, clipping, stabling and traffic. He could turn his hoof to anything. I believe he would make a talented Pony Club addition, due to his temperament and calm attitude. He will stand for hours, even in the heaviest of winds (or with a giant birthday balloon diving in and out of a stable in front of him!) He is continuing with his schooling education on the flat and has begun to work in a nice outline in all 3 paces. He is safe being ridden in the school in all paces, but is green with the tidy looking collection still. We are based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Please feel free to message with any questions and for videos. This special boy’s home is more important than money- but he is worth his weight in gold!
18yo 11.3Hh Welsh section A gelding. We brought Tosh when my son was 4, he is now almost 11 and completely outgrown him. Tosh loves children and will stand for hours to be fussed over.He hacks out on the forest, my son would ride him off lead rein in walk and trot. He has done trotting poles and some small jumps. He can get a little excited in canter and put in a little buck. Tosh has not done much for the past couple of years due to lack of interest from my son. Because of this i am selling him as a lead rein pony.He has intermittently been taking out of the feild, had a little jocky popped on board and lead out across the forest, he takes this in his stride as if it happens every day. He is currently being ridden by a 3yo.You can dress him up without fuss. He made a Christmas appearance at my local gym as a reindeer. He loves people, loves fuss. He is good to catch, will stay on his own, good to load. He is barefoot and good for the farrier. Its a very sad sale of a much loved pony, but i feel he still has much love to give and could make another child very happy. £1200 To include his headcollar, saddle and bridle.

Rolo - 13h - 7yo - Cob - Gelding Rolo is a super flashy pony with a smart little head. He has turned his hoof to absolutely everything. He has been hunting, Cricklands stay away showjumping and Horse Trials. He schools well in all three paces and rides on a light contact, absolutely lives for jumping. Everywhere we go, there are always lots of lovely comments on his looks and temperament. He is super easy on the ground, brilliant to catch, load, bath, travel, turn out with mares/gelding, stable on his own, stands well for farrier, lead and groomed by children, I clip his face and ears loose in the yard and he doesn’t move! Jumped the 70cm pony open at Cricklands and came 3rd in speed class on his second time seeing coloured poles. With time he absolutely has the potential to go up the heights. Behaved impeccably in the busy collecting rings. Very bold into scary fillers, planks, water trays, and is equally as brave into XC fences, benches, ditches, houses, roll tops, water combinations. He’s such a happy pony, he’s so rewarding and always tries so hard, the type that loves to be your best mate. Hacks alone or in company, fine with all traffic. Snaffle mouthed for all disciplines.
