Description
Lovely 14.2hh 17y/o Chestnut new forest Mare Low mileage , full history known looking for a happy hacking or low level all rounder home. Was owned by an older lady before in a happy hacking home until I purchased her 2 years ago. Since I've owned her she has been to Pony Club, dressage, Showjumped upto 90, ODE, xc schooling. Would excel in the show ring. Happily hacks out alone and in company. She is forward going but has breaks. not a silly type doesnt buck, rear, bolt etc. Lives out in a herd of mares currently. She is barefoot. Good to catch clip bath brush etc. Would suit an older child or teen for pony club or would equally make a great happy hacker. Only for sale as rider moving onto horses. Ruby is very sweet and just wants a nice home with someone to love her. Although an older lady she is extremely low mileage as her first home had her since a yearling and only sold her due to health reasons. £4000 with tack & rugs.
Blue is a 13.2/3hh 13y/o New Forest gelding. Chunky boy!!I have mainly hacked Blue in the forest so he is used horses, cattle and donkeys.Good in the field with mares, geldings, colts, donkeys (plus a Jack) and cows.He lives off of thin air so very cheap to keep. Lives out 24/7 but good to stable too if required.Up to date with teethLast season I hunted Blue and he was a gentleman and took it all in his stride. Was happy being upfront or at the back. He flies over jumps and not strong!! I haven’t ridden him much since then due to work commitments so not the fittest at the moment.I have also taken him on a couple drifts.Barefoot and not footy. I have had him shod for hunting - personal preference as I always put atleast fronts on for hunting but he would of been fine barefoot. He is not a novice ride as he’s got low mileage and can be a typical cheeky forester. Would suit a teenager/lightweighg adult. He’s a sweet boy but I simply don’t have the time for riding him. Would make someone very happy.£3500I am in no rush, home more important
Very sad sale of Wally due to lack of time and finances.Wally is a perfect low level all rounder or happy hacker.I bought Wally as a just backed 4 year old and spent 3 years doing low level dressage, show jumping and lots of hacking. For the last 2 years Wally has been turned out in a herd, he has been back in work since May doing flat work and hacking. He is currently ridden by an 11 year old girl.He can be strong so wouldn’t be suitable for a novice.Wally is good to do in all ways, he is perfect to be shod, clip, bath, load, travel and genuinely loves attention. He is happy living out 24/7 or stabled and is happy in a herd or on individual turnout as long as he has company nearby.Wally does have some medical history which is reflected in his price and will be fully disclosed to all serious buyers.5 star homes only and homes will be vetted£3000If I don’t answer my phone please send a text and I will call you back

Logan (aka Logie Bear) is a Dartmoor Hills Pony who has just turned 6 years old. He has been brought on carefully and is wonderful on the ground, and under saddle. Logan is great with the farrier, dentist, loading, stabling and traffic. I believe he would make a talented Pony Club addition, due to his temperament and calm attitude. He will stand for hours, even in the heaviest of winds (or with a giant birthday balloon diving in and out of a stable in front of him!) He has attended a couple of showjumping clinics, as well as organised fun rides, and XC hire. He is working really well on the flat, but excels at his jumping. He has proven that jumping really is his favourite thing to do! These jumps have included; a Christmas tree, potties, child’s water tray full up, and pretty much anything else we can find at the yard!My friend’s 8 year old has taken him round the XC hire , and borrowed him for a showjumping lesson. He has asked if he can borrow him again- whilst I still own him. We are based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. Please feel free to message with any questions and for more photos or videos.£5,500

After alot of thought I have decided to find my Sec B a new home, I have owned this lovely pony since he was a foal and is only for sale as I am now working full time and I just do not have the time to do him justice. He is 6 years old, broken in by myself, he was the easiest of ponies, amazing on the lunge and long reining, ridden away and hacking out, we have not done loads of school work, good with traffic but still learning, does not see many motorbikes or large lorries. He is a foot each corner kind of pony and would need a small adult or a competent child as he can be spooky but this is only his inexperience. He can be strong on the ground but not nasty at all, he does tend to bond with one person and will do anything for food !He is stabled at night as he hates flies, and can react to fly bites. Good with farrier, vet etc, has travelled in a trailer and a lorry can be reluctant but this is only because we have not been many places. He has such huge potential, he moves for fun with gorgeous movement, I just feel he is wasted with me.He will only be sold to the very best of homes as this pony genuinely means the world to me.£3500 (with full wardrobe)
Molly – 14.1hh, 8-year-old Class 1 Connemara mare. HWSD NNMolly is a beautiful, quality Connemara who is looking for her next person to enjoy lots of adventures with. She is a lovely stamp of a pony with a wonderful temperament and has much to offer.Molly is excellent to hack both alone and in company, is good in traffic and is equally happy to go first, last or somewhere in the middle. She has been out several times this year on sponsored rides, fun rides and endurance rides, and has been an absolute pleasure throughout. This has included riding in a large group with the Field Master around the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and the Barossa Training Area, where she demonstrated great potential as a mannerly hunt pony, confidently jumping everything that was asked of her. She has the perfect combination of being forward and enthusiastic while remaining sensible and never becoming silly or strong.I feel she would really suit someone who wants to hack, explore, attend fun rides, sponsored rides, endurance/pleasure rides, hunting and generally have fun together, rather than someone looking for a very sharp or highly competitive school pony. She is snaffle mouthed, easy to do and straightforward on the ground. She is up to date with her vaccinations, dentist and farrier. Please message for more information, photos and videos on 07546 539656£7000 ono.
Buzz is a registered New Forest, forest bred Pony. He’s 4y old (2022) and currently standing at 14h should hopefully make 14.1h+I backed him at the end of winter and then turned him away for 6 weeks and came back into work over spring and has been in full work since. He can walk/trot/canter. Hack out solo or in company. Has popped his first few logs on the forest proving brave with tones of potential. Has been in the ménage a handful of times and seen coloured poles. Is brilliant opening gates, in open spaces and riding/leading from other horses and in traffic also doesn’t mind pesky crab flies and been ridden by kids. He’s easy enough for an experienced child to continue producing. He’s such a lovely character on the ground and loves a pub ride!!Upto date with vaccinations/ farrier ( has amazing feet and is barefoot not ‘footy’ on gravel out hacking)and loads like a dream onto our trailer! Also amazing to clip. No vices or medical history.Price will increase with the more work I do with him £5950

🐰 BUNNY 🐰11.3hh | 10-Year-Old | Welsh Section ARe advertised due to time wasters * The Ultimate Pony Club All-RounderBunny is a truly special little pony with the sweetest temperament. She is kind, honest, patient, and an absolute pleasure to have around, making her a firm favourite wherever she goes. She has naturally beautiful flatwork and works happily in a lovely outline when asked. Jumping is where Bunny really shines—she absolutely loves it! She’s brave, genuine, and unfazed by fillers, coloured poles, or new surroundings, always giving her rider confidence.Bunny has enjoyed Pony Club activities, camps, local shows, and fun rides, taking everything in her stride. She behaves impeccably away from home and is just as easy and relaxed out and about as she is in her stable. She has proven herself to be a fantastic all-rounder, happily turning her hoof to anything asked of her. She would continue to excel as a Pony Club pony but also has the quality and movement to do very well in the show ring or dressage with the right rider. She would make a lovely lead rein pony or first ridden. She has a lovely forward walk, trot and canter, while still having excellent brakes and steering.Bunny is easy in every way—she is good to catch, groom, tack up, load, travel, shoe, clip, and handle. She has never been sick or sorry and has been a straightforward, reliable pony throughout her time with us.She absolutely adores attention and will happily stand for hours being brushed, fussed over, and cuddled. She is gentle enough for children to handle and has a loving nature that makes her a joy to own.Sadly, Bunny is only looking for a new home because the children have not inherited the family’s love of ponies, so this is a genuinely heartbreaking decision. She is fit, healthy, and ready to find her next best friend.Dorset 6🥕🥕🥕
TRENLEY QUENTIN2022 Bay GeldingMallards Wood Law & Order x Trenley TamaraGreen PassportQuentin is a lovely natured, friendly pony who currently stands approx 14hh, but is still very bum high.He has been shown since a foal so is used to being out and about. In time he would make a lovely working hunter pony or all round competition/pony club pony.Quentin was long reined and very lightly backed last year before being turned away to mature. He is back in work being long reined and lunged and we will continue the backing process until he is sold. His price will increase the more we do with him.He lives in or out, but does love his stable in winter! I regularly leave him on his own in his stable whilst I hack out my mare, which he is quite happy with.Up to date with vaccinations, good with farrier and to load and travels well. Nothing seems to phase him!He had a sarcoid removed in July from the top of a foreleg on the inside, which is fully healed, with no sign of any others. Vet notes are available and he is open to vetting.Plenty of photos and videos available!£3000
Due to giving up horses all together with a heavy heart I have some beautiful ponies for sale. They have all been a big part of daily family life and all fabulous with the tiniest of children and dogs. 12.1hh 7 year old driving pony stallion. Most laid back and steadiest pony I’ve ever known. Driven by children and perfect even for your granny. Had endless exposure to lots of different situations, nothing scares him. Responsive and respectful. Driven in the heaviest of traffic. Kids jump on bareback in a head collar. Easy to have around and a pleasure to do. £2500. Would potentially consider a full loan to an experienced 5* driving home. 13.2hh chesnut gelding- pretty much retired been there done it pony. Lifetime of being a child’s best friend. Ex event kids pony. He would still be suitable for children to totter about on on a hack but light work only. Loves a picnic. - no longer available.Chesnut yearling colt- very sensible for his age. Easy to catch, handle, really gentle with children. Again lots of exposure and a pleasure to have around, people person. One for the future. £750All really easy to catch/ handle even by the youngest of children. Cheap to keep and all love out 24/7 but have been stabled happily in the past. Low maintenance hardy types. Sold with a heavy heart so please no time wasters.
FOR SALE12hh 19 yr old gelding Welsh ANot a first pony as enjoys life way too much. Lovely on the ground to clip, load, shoe, groom, sit on bareback backwards, jump on in the field and give lots of cuddles. Wonderful to hack with or without friends. My 7 year old happily goes off on his own and I can trust him to be brought back safely. Does a sweet dressage test and will happily hunt all day. Absolutely loves jumping up to 80cm, but possibly loves it a bit too much as wants to go very fast when he sees a jump. Needs a gritty kid who loves the speed. Would be an absolute world beater in the showjumping ring or tetrathlon if you’ve got a kid who wants to go fast or one that’s strong enough to hold a collected canter and keep control. Qualified for Bicton regionals, sunshine tour, Area dressage, showjumping and eventing qualifiers for the last four years. Evented with us from 50cm to 70cm. We’re looking for a lovely home that’s used to whizzy ponies and happy to jump at speed or wants to hunt all day long. He adores the beach and water, will jump anything you put in front of him. He’s a total loveable rogue but my daughter wants a slower pace of life and my 7 year old has a pony. So many videos/photos and previous home references too. All tack and rugs will come with him too. No time wasters. Serious enquiries only. Homes will be vetted. POA.
Really, really sad sale of a much-loved member of the family.Clyde is a gorgeous 14hh, 5-year-old blue blagdon cob gelding with striking markings. He is TGCA registered and, with his looks and presence, I think he could do very well in the show ring.Clyde is the definition of a turbo cob! He’s certainly no plod and absolutely loves getting out and doing things. He’s still green due to his age, but he’s coming on really nicely in the school and is keen to learn. He hacks alone and in company and is fantastic in traffic, including with larger vehicles. He’s sensible in open spaces and around livestock, and will happily pop a small cross pole - although I’m not convinced show jumping is going to be his calling in life!Clyde is the sort of cob who really benefits from having a job and being kept busy. He would suit someone who wants a fun, forward-going horse to get out and enjoy, continue his education and potentially do a bit of showing with. He is not suitable for a novice and I’d really like him to go to an experienced, confident home where he'll be kept busy.On the ground, Clyde is incredibly sweet and cuddly in the stable, loves attention and is forever making people laugh with his antics. He can be strong on the ground if he thinks he can get away with it, so again needs someone confident. This is an incredibly difficult sale and finding the right home is far more important to me than finding the quickest one. He is very much loved and will only go to a home where I feel he will be happy, understood and enjoyed.Barefoot, great with farrier/vet/clipping, etc.£7500 including tackViewings very welcome and plenty of videos available on request.
Looking for a new home.Springbourne Ciara, 11.3hh approx, 13 year old registered Welsh Section A Mare with green passport. By Cascob Silverghost out of Springbourne Catkin.Ciara is a lovely, kind pony with a sweet nature. Her current rider is soon to be outgrowing her, so she is now looking for a new home where she can continue to enjoy a happy and varied life. She enjoys a bit of everything including:* Pony club* Show jumping * XC* Dressage* Local shows* Arena hires * Farmland rides* Beach rides * HuntingHacking - good alone or in company, happily goes first or last. Safe in traffic and good with livestock and farm machinery.Showjumping - Ciara is great at giving speedy jump-offs with tight turns and has gaining 1st place rosettes and champion sashes over the last 12 months. Jumping 50/60/70.Showing - She has also enjoyed showing and is a smart, well-presented pony who would be equally at home in the show ring.Good to catch, bath, clip and groom. Will happily stand for hours being fussed over.Easy to load, happy to travel alone or with a companion. Currently travels in a trailor but has also travelled in a lorry no problem. Ciara thrives on routine, consistency and a kind, quiet approach. She can be a little sharp on occasion, so she would be best suited to a confident, quiet and balanced child rather than a complete novice. She is also good on the lead rein, making her an ideal pony to share between older and younger children. With the right rider and home, she has lots to offer and should continue to be a fun and versatile pony.Happy to live in or out. Currently living out in a mixed herd on a track system. She is up to date with vaccinations, dentist and farrier and is shod on fronts.4🥕🥕🥕 including tack and rugsLocation: Hampshire areaPlease WhatsApp 07812 079535 for more information, photos, videos or to arrange a viewing.
Super little boy loves children stands to be groomed, washed and sprayed all day by little ones.Easy to catch, trim, lead, load and travel.Turns out on his own or in a herd and happy in stable.Just an easy boy to have around although he is 4 he’s always been well handled and happy to take the smallest of tots on lead.Recently wormed and trimmed.Comes with tack and accessories.
Handsome Welsh A green passport gelding: 12 Hands 16 years old. This special boy has taken my little girl from a very wobbly 6 year old rider on lead rein to coming off the lead at camp and had so much fun gaining confidence, he will happily walk and trot helping little ones learn. He will also happily trot over jumps too. During the time we’ve owned him, she has done absolutely everything with him. He gave her the confidence to do her first jumps, and they have enjoyed Pony Club rallies, her first ever camp, games, show jumping and XC. At camp she even dressed him up as Barbie, and he was completely unfazed by it all!He has also been on beach rides and will happily swim in the sea. He’s also taken her to her first show, including jumping 30 cm classes, also doing some first ridden lead rein classes also. They always came home in the ribbons. He’s been a very good pony for my little niece who has autism and loves to ride. He:• Travels well• Clips with no problems• Hacks happily alone or in company• Is happy on family walks with the dogs• Loves XC and will happily go across an open field with my novice little girl• Is incredibly kind and patient to handle• Will stand for hours being fussed overHe is genuinely one of those ponies I have complete trust in. My daughter can walk him in and out of the field, and I’m happy for her to spend time with him in the stable. She can climb all over him, slide down his back, climb underneath him and generally fuss him to her heart’s content. This is not an easy sale. He is only for sale because my little girl’s own pony has come back off loan and, unfortunately, we simply cannot keep two ponies in livery. He is a very special to us he has given my daughter so many wonderful memories, and we would love to find him a home where he will be just as loved and enjoyed.References can be given from our Pony Club instructor. He is up to date with vaccinations (including a recent 6 months booster), has had his back checked and physio, he’s up to date with farrier. He comes with a full wardrobe, rugs, travel boots tack and a saddle that has recently been reflocked and fitted to him.I have lots of photos and videos available, so please feel free to message me for more information. ❤️£3500 ono Video Linkshttps://vimeo.com/1219776140
