14hh 7-year-old New Forest gelding. Ultimate all-rounder.

Since being with me, he has been used as an all-rounder and has done a bit of everything. He is a super pony with a cracking jump schooled at home up to 1m with scope to go higher, has competed up to 70cm and has always been in the ribbons. He is well schooled with three correct paces and does a lovely dressage test, He has been cross-country where he is bold and confident to a fence, been used regularly for Pony Club. He has been hunting, where he will happily go up front or stay at the back. He has also had a successful season showing. you name it he has done it the list could go on.

He is excellent out hacking and has seen pigs, cows, horses, etc. He has led my brother’s pony off him on hacks and is bombproof in heavy traffic. He hacks alone or in company, in front or behind. He is ridden in a snaffle, never strong, and is easy to handle on the ground. He has been handled by the whole family, including my novice mum. He can have the odd buck, so is not suitable for a complete novice.

He hacks well with other horses and is good in traffic. He is used to farm machinery and dogs. He can occasionally nap if not ridden confidently, so requires a confident rider. He would suit a confident teenager or small adult rather than a novice rider. He is snaffle mouthed.

He is good to catch, good to clip and good to trim with the farrier. He is up to date with dentist, farrier and vaccinations and has no known health issues.

He prefers living out 24/7 and can only live with geldings.

Panda is a lovely cob with a kind nature and an affectionate personality. He enjoys attention and forms a nice bond with his rider.

He is still green for his age but is willing and learns quickly. He has been schooled, attended a couple of local shows, done pole work and will pop a small cross pole or log out hacking. He hacks alone and in company and has done roadwork. He can become a bit excited when hacking as he genuinely enjoys it, so he does need a rider who is confident and calm.

Panda would suit someone experienced who is happy to continue his education and take their time with him. He would not be suitable for a novice rider due to him still being green and needing guidance.

He is barefoot, snaffle mouthed and currently lives out 24/7 but can be stabled without any issues. He loads and travels well and has been clipped with no problems.

This is a sad sale due to personal circumstances, so finding the right home is more important than price. He can come with tack, rugs and equipment if required.

Sweetest little 11hh welsh pony mare, 19yrs old, been in the same home for most of her life. Almost all history is known since she was a foal.

Looking for a non-ridden or companion home ONLY. As she has not been ridden for a number of years and has shown high hesitation when someone has been put on board as she’s gotten older, so ideally not looking for any riders for her.

Spice would be fantastic at in hand shows, loves attention and is great with kids and dogs, will stand to be groomed and scratched all day, can live out 24/7 unrugged with mares or geldings, has happily been stabled in the past.

Great to catch, lead, pick out feet, worm, rug, stand for the farrier, dentist etc.
Happy to be left in the field while others go out for a hack, respectful of electric fencing (but knows if it isn’t on).

Did have a bout of laminitis January 2025 when she was very overweight, but has worn a muzzle 24/7 over the last year and it has proven to be very manageable, as there has been no reoccurrences over summer last year or winter this year despite living out 24/7 on good grazing with a muzzle.

He currently lives with my mare and has become a bit clingy to her (not helped by her being a massive flirt) so would recommend a home with other boys or a mixed herd.

He moves beautifully and will make a cracking little show pony for someone. Will stand quietly to be groomed and fussed, he absolutely loves a cuddle.

Stabled at night for the first time this year and he has got used to coming in through the winter and bad weather and settles nicely. Previously he was out 24/7 so would equally be happy to live out.

Dave is a lovely 15-year-old a full up New Forest x Welsh Cob x Appaloosa gelding, standing around 14–14.2hh looking for a new home where he can enjoy life and get out doing what he loves most – hacking and fun rides.
Dave’s favourite job is hacking, and he would really suit a hacking or hunting home, or possibly a mother/daughter share. He hacks alone or in company, although he can be a little more forward-going when out with others. He also jumps, but is still green in the school for his age and can be a bit lazy in the arena.
He has a kind temperament, is a total softy who loves attention, and is good with children. Once he gets to know his rider he can be a little sharp, so he would suit someone with some confidence who enjoys getting out and about rather than focusing on schooling.

Daisy is a sweet little cob that is on the right path to make the most fabulous allrounder. She has been really well started and is a real ‘happy camper’ that’s enjoying her work and learning super quickly.
She’s good to hack alone or in company, good in traffic and is good round the farm machinery here on the yard. Working in all 3 paces in the school, she’d definitely school up and do a lovely dressage test or flick her toes in the show ring. She’s popped a few poles and solid fences for education and is proving to have a super jump on her, she’s taking it all in her stride and is a brave sort. Happily works away in the field too.
A nice active little cob that doesn’t need kicking along but isn’t turbo charged either, she’s a nice in between.

He has been absolutely adored by his current best friend where they have done everything Pony Club clinics and competitions, from showing to dressage to show jumping to clinics to chilled hacking. Sadly his rider has now moved onto a bigger pony which forces his sale.

On the ground Chalky is the perfect gentleman. He can be handled by any child of any capability. He’s sweet and loving and will lap up any fuss he can. He is super easy going in every way from farrier, vet, dentist, loading, clipping, and bathing. You couldn’t find a more straight forward pony that you can trust in every way.

On the flat Chalky has 3 correct comfortable paces, being able to work into a contact. He has done first ridden and novice showing classes always coming away with a rosette and has qualified for the Sunshine Tour 2 years in a row and qualified again for this year. Also, he is qualified for the Pony Club Bicton Arena SJ 50 cms. He is sold with the ride.

To hack Chalky will go alone and in company, on the roads or in farmers fields, completely unfazed by any traffic / machinery.

To jump he is talented but this is where Chalky can test his rider slightly. He’s unfazed by fillers etc and has been jumping up to 70cm courses with the ability to go higher with the right rider. He is generally super and can take a miss however he can throw in a stop. He’s not a robot, but he truly has taught his rider to go from just aiming to actually riding to a fence in order to get the best out of him. Although Chalky is a second pony, he could potentially be used as a lead-rein for a young sibling.

If you’re looking for a pony that will turn your kid into a rider rather than a passenger then this pony really is for you. Due to his slight quirkiness under saddle at times, he is not a first pony so will not go to such home. However, he may be suited to a home with a few kids of different abilities in order to keep his schooling up together.

Callie is truly one in a million . 3 years ago my husband had 3 lessons and decided he wanted a horse so we bought her , the day after she arrived we hacked out . From then both have come so far! She was extremely green when we bought her but in the last 3 years we’ve done everything , camps , clinics , fun rides , unaffiliated sj , arena eventing , combined challenge & XC . She’s amazing at it all , she loves XC and at her last clinic jumped 80/90 , her SJ is up to 70’s but she could go to 80 with the right rider. Her schooling is lacking because it’s just not something we do enough of but with the right rider she goes lovely . I truly think she was a bit shut down when we first bought her but she’s blossomed into a really fun forward up for anything pony now . She is not for a complete novice now as we’ve bought her on to enjoy her job , she can also be nervous sometimes so doesn’t need a nervous rider adding to that. She is used in pony club lessons at our yard on Saturdays with the more confident kids . She has not hacked alone as we never needed to and I think she would need a confident rider to do this but like everything we’ve thrown at her she will try her best. Her passport says she’s 17 but we don’t think she is , our vet has put her between 10-15 , the horse passport agency suggested we change her D.O.B to unknown but we would rather leave it as it is , she’s extremely low mileage with no health issues so her passport age is just a number . Piggy is an absolute gem on the ground and can be caught, led in & out, tied up & messed about with all day by children.
