If you would like us to do all the work for you, print out the offline submission form, fill it in & post it to us. Please include any photos & a SAE if you would like them returned. Feel free to pass the form on to those without computers or are not happy using the internet. There is one price for all adverts submitted this way.

To avoid disappointment, please carefully read the Guidelines that are in place to protect both buyers and sellers before submitting an advert. If you have any questions, please check the Classifieds FAQ's before contacting us.

Create your advert.
Make sure that all required fields are completed. We suggest that you first type out your advert in MS Word or similar program, then copy and paste it into the submission form....

Carefully check your advert, if there are any changes to be made, click on the Go Back button to return to stage one. When you are happy with your advert....

Your advert has now have been submitted to the administrator for approval and you will be sent an automated Email containing your advert details.
If your advert does not require payment or you do not wish to add a photo, you have finished.

Upload Photo and Pay for your advert.
If the advert requires payment you can pay securely online through our shopping cart system or post a cheque, but remember that ads are posted in the order that they are submitted, if payment is delayed your advert may not appear on the front page. You can upload photo at this stage if you wish.

What Happens Next?
Within 24 hours, the administrator will check your advert to ensure that it meets our guidelines, that all required information is supplied and any required payments have been made successfully.

Whilst your advert is awaiting approval or at anytime afterwards, you can log in via the control panel using your advert number and password to modify, upload or change a photo, or delete your advert.

Providing everything is correct the administrator will approve the advert & it will be and made available to the public. Only paying customers are informed when their advert is approved.
If your advert is rejected, you will receive an Email containing the reason/s why.

If payment is required but not received you will be sent daily reminders by Email. If payment is not received after 7 days the advert is automatically deleted from the waiting list. You are welcome to resubmit at any time.
