Stick to the Rules
To save your time & ours, read the Guidelines
& Rules which must be accepted them before you
can proceed. If they are not followed or required information
is not provided, the advert will be rejected.
Prepare
your advert.
We recommend that you first type your advert in MS Word or similar.
*
Don't type in UPPER CASE. This is far harder to read.
* Check your grammar & spelling. Well written
ads attract more enquiries
* Don’t use text talk. Not everyone can
understand it, most will ignore it.
* Don’t be aggressive. Nobody likes time
wasters, but this will put off genuine people.
* Include as much information as possible. The
maximum is 600 words.
* Include a good photo. Any problems resizing
or uploading, see photo help
When you
are satisfied with your advert, save it, then copy & paste
the text into the submission form, there is no need to make the
text fit the box. This will allow you to plan your advert &
you will have a copy of the advert if there is a problem. You
can log in to modify your advert after submission.

| Stage 1 - Create
your advert. |
Click on the "Continue"
button at the bottom of this page to go to Stage 1.
Fill in the submission form, ensuring that all required fields are completed.
Click on 
for help.
If you have typed out your advert, copy the text (Control+C) & paste
it into the form (Control+V).
Click on the "Preview My Ad" button to continue
to Stage 2.

Carefully check your
advert, if there are any changes to be made, click on the "Go
Back" button to return to Stage 1.
When you are happy, click on the "Post My Ad"
button to add your advert to the database & continue to the final
stage.
| Stage 3 - Photo
& Payment. |
The advert has now
be added to the database, but cannot be seen by the public until it has
been approved by the administrator. You will be sent an automated Email
containing your advert number & password & further details.
If your advert does
not require payment or you do not wish to add a photo, you have finished.
If you are unsure whether your advert requires payment or not, you will
be sent a reminder by Email the following day.
Paid Ads
If your advert requires payment or you wish to feature a free advert,
click on the "Add Advert to Cart" button to purchase it through
our shopping cart system. We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, Paypal,
Phone or Cheque.
Photographs
You can upload a single image no larger than 500
x 700 pixels & 150Kb
at this stage if you wish. See photo help.
A gallery option is available if you would like to show
several images. Click Here for
details.
Modifications
You can log in via the control panel using your
advert number & password to modify, upload a photo or delete your
advert.
