NFED Help & Frequently Asked Questions

Renewing or moving adverts back to the top

Adverts cannot be moved to the top. Each advert has a number, the adverts are in numerical order. To move an advert back to the top it must be renewed or replaced. Modifying an advert will not change the position.

Paid Renewal £8.99

You can pay to renew an advert at any time & as often as you wish.

To pay to renew:

  • Click on the pencil icon below the advert to go to the advert control panel.
  • Select "Renew Ad" & your advert will be added to the shopping cart.
  • Checkout in the normal way.

A new advert will be posted for you, all details photos & password will remain the same. The advert will have a new number, go back to the top & be featured. How long adverts appear at the top will depend entirely on how busy the site is at the time.

Free Renewals
Paid adverts over 8 weeks old may be replaced free of charge at the administrator’s discretion but they must be replaced by the advertiser. The replacement must clearly match the original ad. i.e. the same single animal or item.

This offer does not apply if the original advert contained more than one item or animal or to grazing, livery vacancies, share, loans or rental ads.

To renew free of charge:

  • Check the advert date to ensure it is at least 8 weeks old.
  • Post the new advert.
  • Email the administrator both the old & new advert numbers.

Providing the advert qualifies, it will be approved free of charge & the original advert removed.
As with all free ads, the new advert will not be featured.

Renewing Free Ads

To provide a fair service to all of our users, any repeat wanted or offered advert or ads containing items previously advertised within the last two months DO NOT qualify as free ads.

Providing the advert is at least two months old, simply remove it & submit a new advert.

* The advert must be at least two months old.
* You must submit the advert yourself to qualify as a free advert or use the paid option.
* Not removing old ads may cause your advert to be rejected.
* Anyone using multiple identities to cheat the system will no longer be eligible for free ads.

If an approved free advert is removed within two months of the submission date, the replacement WILL NOT qualify as a free ad & the deleted advert cannot be recovered. This is clearly stated in the guidelines which must be accepted before an advert can be submitted & again above the Delete Advert button. To readvertise, you must either wait two months from the original advert date or pay the standard fee for the new advert.
