Replacing & Moving Adverts Back to the Top Adverts cannot be manually moved or bumped. Each advert has a unique number and is displayed in numerical order. To place your advert back at the top of the listings, it must be renewed. Editing or modifying an advert will not change its number or position.
Paid Renewal – £8.99
You may renew your advert at any time, as often as you wish. Once payment is received, our administrator will post a replacement advert on your behalf.
All existing details, photos, and your password will remain unchanged.
Your advert will be assigned a new number.
Processing & Confirmation Please allow up to 24 hours for processing, as renewals are handled during office hours.
You will receive an email with the new advert details (please ignore the payment section, as your renewal has already been processed).
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email titled Order Complete.
To log in to your updated advert, use the new advert number provided.
Visibility Your renewed advert will return to the top of the listings and may also be featured if suitable.
Click on the pencil icon below the advert to go to the advert control panel.
Select "Renew Ad" and your advert will be added to the shopping cart.
Checkout in the normal way.
If the advert has expired: Go to the Classifieds Payment page enter the old advert number and put renew in the comments.
Free Replacements
Paid adverts that are more than 8 weeks old may be replaced free of charge at the administrator’s discretion.
The replacement advert must be submitted by the advertiser.
Administrators will not create or submit replacement adverts without payment, due to the time and resources required.
Important Notes:
The replacement must clearly match the original advert (e.g. the same single animal or item).
This offer does not apply to adverts containing multiple animals/items.
It does not apply to adverts for grazing, livery vacancies, shares, loans, or rentals.
How to Renew Without Payment
Check that your advert is at least 8 weeks old.
Submit the new advert and note the advert number (also included in your advert email).
Disregard the payment section.
Email the administrator with both the old and new advert numbers to request a free replacement.
If your advert qualifies, the new advert will be approved free of charge and the original advert removed. Please note: As with all free adverts, the replacement will not be featured
To ensure a fair service for all users, please note the following:
Repeat free adverts (wanted or offered) or adverts containing items previously advertised within the last two months do not qualify as free ads.
If your advert is at least two months old, you may remove it and submit a new free advert.
Conditions for Free Adverts
The advert must be at least two months old.
You must submit the advert yourself to qualify for a free listing, or use the paid option.
Old adverts must be removed before submitting a new one; failure to do so may result in rejection.
Users found creating multiple identities to bypass these rules will lose eligibility for free adverts.
Important Notice
If a free advert is removed within two months of its submission date, the replacement will not qualify as a free advert.
Deleted adverts cannot be recovered.
This rule is clearly stated in the guidelines (accepted before submission) and again above the Delete Advert button.
To re‑advertise, you must either wait two months from the original advert date or pay the standard fee for a new advert.
