The NFED is run as a small hobby/business from our home. There are no staff, no set office hours and no office phone, so we’re unable to offer telephone support.

Using the Contact Form, Email or WhatsApp message is far more practical, as we often need links, photos or screenshots to help you properly.

Please remember that NFED never phones customers, and the WhatsApp number is used only for receiving messages and photos. It cannot make or receive calls.

Any call showing our number is almost certainly a spoofed call. For your safety, never give out personal details, verification codes, or payment information to anyone claiming to be from NFED.
