If multiple browser windows are left open, or you return to the submission form after posting, it’s possible to accidentally submit a second advert. Because the system prevents exact duplicates, the original advert must have been removed or altered in some way for the second submission to go through.

You’ll receive an email containing the details of the duplicate advert, but you can safely ignore it. The advert will automatically be removed from the system after two days. It won’t be approved, and you won’t be charged.

To prevent this from happening in future, make sure to close or clear any open browser windows once your advert has been submitted.
