Requesting a Copy of an Advert

Our advert database is backed up daily. If you can provide enough information for us to locate your advert, we should be able to supply a copy of the advert title and description text. All personal data will be removed.

Information We Need
To find an advert, the following details are most helpful:

  • Advert number, or
  • Shopping cart invoice number, or
  • Email address used when placing the advert

If none of these are available, please provide:

  • The date the advert was active (this may differ from the posting date)
  • A description of the advert
  • Any unique words or phrases used in the advert — these greatly improve the chances of locating it

Important Notes
Searching for an old advert without an advert number can be very time‑consuming. Please only request a copy for genuine reasons.

If you simply want to save time when creating a new advert, it is usually much quicker to type a fresh one.

We cannot provide any personal or contact information under any circumstances.

How to Request a Copy
Please email the relevant details to: editor@nfed.co.uk
