Why Hasn't My New Advert Appeared at the Top?As explained in our advertising guidelines, which you agree to before submitting an advert, all adverts are allocated a unique Advert Number when submitted. Adverts are displayed in numerical order based on their Advert Number, not the date or time they are approved. This means that if payment is delayed, newer adverts may appear ahead of yours, and your advert may no longer appear at the top of the listings or on the front page when approved. How can I get the best exposure for my advert? We recommend making payment as soon as possible after submitting your advert to maximise its visibility. If payment has been delayed, you may wish to delete your original advert through your Control Panel and submit a new one before making payment. This will allocate a new Advert Number and give your advert a more recent position in the listings. Please note: Once your advert has been approved, your advertising service is considered to have started, regardless of its position in the listings.
