The NFED is run as a small hobby/business by & for fellow equestrian enthusiasts. We don’t have staff, & like many of our users, we juggle horses, grandchildren, & elderly parents, so we’re not sitting in an office all day. As such, we are not available for phone support—please do not request a callback.

We can only respond to queries related to the NFED website or the services we offer.
