It is the poster's or advertiser's responsibility to ensure that they own the copyright or have permission to use a photograph.

Under UK copyright laws, in most cases the photographer will own the copyright.

Using any photograph without permission or the photographer's consent is breaking the law & stealing from the photographer.

If a photograph has obviously been used without permission or a breach of copyright complaint is received, the image will be removed until proof that the photo can legally be used is provided.

Any copyright disputes are between the copyright owner and the poster, NFED/CK Art is not responsible for the actions of its users.
