Cross Oaks Farm in Wellow near Romsey has some vacancies for grass livery, offering several different options to meet the needs of you and your horse:

DIY grass livery £125 per month. Either individual or paired, with wooden field shelter and hard standing.

Assisted grass livery £275 per month. Includes field maintenance, poo picking, daily checking and putting out hay each morning (price of hay not included).

Full grass livery £495 per month. As above with hay included, hard feed given, rug change and attendance for farrier.

Spare stable available or add on your own private stable.

Each stable offers ample space for your horses, providing a comfortable and secure environment. This block is in Good Condition.

The convenient skid design allows for easy portability, enabling you to move the stable block to your preferred location with minimal effort with no planning required. It is equipped with a electrical connection, providing essential power for lighting or additional equipment. Additionally, each stable is fitted with integrated pipework for easy installation of automatic water drinkers, ensuring your horses always have access to fresh water.
Please note that the stable block needs to be dismantled and moved by the buyer. However, we have contacts available to assist with the dismantling and transportation if required at extra cost. Easy to access.

The field is secure, surrounded by a natural hedge and horse-safe stock fencing and located up a quiet lane near to Hockey’s Farm Shop. There is an automatic drinking trough, purpose-built muck heap, shared locked equipment storage and large double opening field shelter. There is also a fenced corral area and off-road parking.
