Cody is a safe and sound allrounder who would suit a low level competition home/ pony club or happy hacker.
He is happily popping small fences proving to be brave and not spooky, he is also lovely and soft in the mouth and will take up a contact as well as having 3 lovely paces, i think he would do a lovely dressage test!
He is a more forward/sporty cob not a complete kick along but is safe in all ways.

He will happily plod out for a hack but equally will go for a lovely canter, never getting strong or silly. He is perfect in traffic alone or in company.
He has also previously driven!

Works lovely on the flat and has done a few intro and prelim dressage tests this year. Regularly attends clinics at dynamo, manor and Crofton etc. done some combined training and worked very nicely.

Perfect to hack on the forest. Doesn’t worry about crab Flies. Lovely steady canter in group or alone. Doesn’t mind the forest ponies even when they are following!

Not spooky or sharp. Perfect gentleman on the ground to groom and fuss. Lives in my back garden. But equally happy on a yard.

The perfect home would be a teenager who wants to push him on and have fun with dressage and jumping. He will Jump anything but rider nerves hold him back.

Travels perfectly in lorry or trailer.

Norman
15.2, 8 year old Percheron x NF gelding all breeding recorded.
Norman is an eye catching chap, quality cob with a leg in each corner.
Beautifully schooled on the flat with 3 balanced paces, good transitions and knows a bit of lateral work. Norman has done a couple of UA dressage tests with his current owner and scored well, he could go out at Novice now.
Shown in hand gaining good results and comments from the judges. I think he’d look super hogged and shown as a cob and would certainly turn some heads.
Norman has attended clincs/lessons with current owner and done a little bit of jumping previously although this hasn’t been his focus so he’s green in that respect.
Hacks alone and in company and has been good in the traffic we’ve met. His owner has always found him a little wary of the mounting block so has gotten on from either a leg up or from the floor, but we’ve had him on sales livery with us and can get on from both blocks here no problem so he is ‘good at the block’ here!
Used to being on a yard with big farm machinery, turns out alone or with others. On individual here but current owner had him out with a Shetland and a Lama so he really doesn’t mind who his friends are.
Good to catch/load (can sometimes take a minute and then he huffs and walks on)/travel/shoe/clip. Happy in or out, a real kind boy on the ground he absolutely loves a fuss and is a real pet.
Norman is the type that takes a bit of confidence from his rider and wouldn’t suit a nervous/novice home he’s just not that type of boy. He responds really well to a ‘come on we’ve got this’ type of rider. He can have the occasional excitable buck if he’s not done something for a while.
Only medical history is he was treated for mild ulcers in 2023, scoped clear and just on a supplement for maintenance.
For sale on behalf of his owner who has owned him from a 4 year old. He is absolutely adored but they aren’t the perfect match and she would like to progress her riding on a lighter type.

Big, beautiful, black stocky 14.2hh 3yo Welsh D Gelding
Reggie is the sweetest most laid back 3yo you will come across. He loves kisses cuddles and all the fuss possible. He is easy to handle, bath, for farrier, vet etc. up to date with everything.

Reggie - 14.2hh 3yo Welsh D gelding. If I didn’t tell you he was 3 then you’d be none the wiser. He is the definition of old head on young shoulders!

He is newly backed and is now just out hacking (due to his age).
- i hack him alone and in company
- He will go in front or the back and strolls along on the buckle
- I have given him 4 days off, jumped straight on and hacked him by himself, on the buckle with clay shooting going on in the field next door.
- I’ve done all the stupid stuff on board you could think of and he isn’t fazed in the slightest.
- I’ve even tied my little 12.2 gelding to him and gone hacking through the woods with him trailing along behind🙈
- I have to dismount and remount for a gate every time and he stands waiting patiently.
- We have a train track which is directly next to my yard (literally behind a single bush) and again, completely unfazed.
- I’ve cantered him along the wood track and in a field, he’s quite happy to take it steady.
- no vices. Not once bucked, reared or bolted.
- He has schooled twice, they were his first 2 times ridden, showing he has a super natural head carriage seeking the contact and being soft in the mouth. But he has only hacked since as I believe this is where a baby his age should be.

On the ground he’s a dobbin, loves every bit of attention possible, a complete sweetie. Can have pushy moments but these are rare and just playful baby behaviour. He loads, up to date with everything etc.

The one and only “negative” to Reggie is that his feet weren’t maintained as a youngster which has lead to him being toed out which cause foot imbalance issue and some puffiness to his coffin joints. I have full x-rays, MRI & reports as I wanted all info for any potential homes. All we have done is put shoes with a slightly wider heel, very basic thin pads and some putty for compression. So nothing major. And then it’s remedial trimming to keep his foot balance in check. It’s proven for this to of worked as he is now sound and happy, working super! There is no reason he can’t go to have a normal happy ridden life as an alrounder but alternatively, given his fantastic ridden attitude, could just go be someone’s happy hacker.

He is priced as he is before I take him out to the beach etc where I know he will continue to prove how incredible he really is.
2k an absolute bargain for someone and he really will be missed 🥹🖤

Charlie - 15.2, 4 year old Irish cob gelding.
Super type that is very hard to find, leg in each corner but plenty of quality.
Charlie is a super sweet and well mannered chap. Been in the same home since a foal up until we bought him and has been really well started. Done tons of hacking and happily goes out alone and in company. Good in traffic and in open spaces. Done some XC schooling where he just popped away absolutely no questions asked, popping a fence in arena, he has a super jump for his type so would happily go on and do more of this. A really kind soul who tries incredibly hard to please.
Working sweetly for his age/type in the arena with 3 good paces. Has done some driving too so really has the makings of a lovely allrounder.
Doesn’t need riding every day and although he’d go off and do a bit of everything, he’d also happily just plod round the block a few times a week!
On the ground Charlie is an absolute pet. He’ll stand for hours to be fussed and groomed and is good to catch/bath/groom/farrier/load/travel. Really friendly amenable boy.

Super Ted.
Ted - 15.1hh, 4 year old Connemara gelding, full breeding recorded and N/N hwsd.
Ted has been carefully and sympathetically started and is riding so sweetly for his age. A really confident little chap that seems to be wise beyond his years. I think he sits up at night reading ‘how to be a good horse’ books!
He’s hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces.
Working sweetly in arena, lovely paces with a naturally uphill way of going and a good mouth.
He has a lovely natural jump with good technique and plenty of scope. He’s not done loads of jumping but is incredibly brave and will take a miss. Lightly XC schooled and didn’t question a thing, straight over everything ears pricked, bold and brave.
Been to arena hires and saw his first course of fences recently where he popped sweetly round without a second thought and was so adjustable with just one pole down due to jockey error. He wants to leave the fences up.
An absolute pet on the ground with a cheeky little character. Splashes his face in his water, flings his bucket around and pulls the rugs off the rack when you’re not looking!
Stood like a lamb for his first clip, good to shoe/catch/load/travel/bath.
Clean 5 stage vetting when I imported him.
World is your oyster with this boy he really could go on and do anything and he’ll do it with a smile on his face but equally he’s not a sharp type that ‘needs’ a job. He seems to just shrug his shoulders at new things and take everything in his stride.

Sadie
Full up 15hh, 7 year old Irish cob mare.
Sadie is a super sweet and kind mare, really inoffensive type that is easy to have around and only wants to please.
To date Sadie has mainly been used to do fun stuff. Hacking/hunting/fun rides/Xc schooling. She is green on the flat as she’s not done loads of ‘proper’ schooling but tries incredibly hard and could pop off and do a little intro test now, just wants the work putting in to nail the finer details. She happily walks trots and canters!
Hacks alone and in company and is good in open spaces.
Pops a fence in arena with a neat little jump and enjoys it and was good to take over the XC fences here. Never said no she was very honest.

Lovely allrounder type with plenty to offer the right rider.
A really kind little soul that only wants to please. She wouldn’t be suited to a complete beginner/novice as just needs a bit of guidance herself sometimes and can have the odd look at things. If I had the space I’d keep her and have some fun hunting her myself but sadly we dont!
