Due to expansion and relocation to our smart new facility in East Wellow near Romsey, we are looking for an organised and self motivated returns processor.

At least 2-3 days per week is required for this role however a full time position is available for someone who can be flexible and is willing to assist in other areas such as picking and packing, or administration.

The day to day duties will involve:
•Answer email and telephone enquiries relating to returns.
•Liaise with customers and suppliers by telephone / email.
•Open returned packages and Utilise Profit Plus CRM system to receive and log returned orders.
•Inspect and verify returned products are correct and trace to original orders.
•Process exchanges, credits and refunds efficiently to provide a fast customer returns service.
•Keep accurate records against CRM system.
•Repackage returned items to as new condition for resale and return to stock.
•Catalogue faulty products and organise returns to suppliers.
•Manage / chase supplier credits.
•Liaise with Accounts Department regarding allocation of supplier credits.

The successful candidate must have a sound equestrian knowledge with a practical understanding of equine products and their uses.

You must be organised, efficient and able to work unsupervised and manage your own workload.

As a confident communicator verbally and in writing, you will be able to fairly and professionally deal with occasionally difficult customers and ensure a quick resolution. You won’t mind handling occasionally used or dirty products.

You will be able to provide advice on, and offer suitable alternative products to customers.

It is important that you are able to determine overuse or improper usage issues from manufacturing faults and identify patterns in returned products. Liaise with Product Development team and communicate feedback.

Your will be confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided on other in-house systems.

The successful candidate must be local or live within 30-40 minutes of East Wellow, Romsey.

The Equine section is looking for additional coaches to join the current training team. Working with the Head Riding Coach, the post holders will be involved in the planning and delivery of equestrian coaching for the Equine students, including those on the Academy pathway. The post holder will hold a BHS AI qualification (as a minimum) and will also hold, or be willing to attain, a Diploma in Education and Training.
