George is a really super horse, very very sad sale....... ideally I am looking for someone who loves hacking.

He is a well built 16.2hh Chestnut gelding who was bought for my daughter but sadly she now has another horse and George isn't getting the attention he needs.

He is super to hack alone or in company!

We have taken George out to clinics and arena hires he has never put a foot wrong. There really is nothing not to like about him!

My ideal home is to find someone who loves hacking and wants a bestfriend type as I absolutely adore him but we have too many horses and need to sell some.

He was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis in his right hock which has been treated and he has done the rehab.....he is ready to up his work load now. The vet said this is not something which should stop his career but with this in mind I would ideally like him to find a new bestfriend who would ideally love loads of hacking and lower level stuff.

Corkie is a handsome 8 year old 16.1hh TB gelding. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time that he needs due to work commitments, meaning this is a very sad sale.

He’s the perfect all rounder with loads of potential!!

I have owned him since November 2021. He raced once in July 2021 and came 14 out of 15, so that wasn’t for him! He has a heart of gold and will try his best at anything he does.
He is a safe ride but needs a confident rider as he’s inexperienced and can be unsure and nervous of things. Because of this, he isn’t a novice ride and needs a confident quiet rider.
He is good to load, just needs patience. Brilliant to shoe, catch and do in all ways!

We have competed in low level dressage and he has placed each time! We have also done a couple of clear rounds and gone clear too.
Can jump well and has so much potential in all aspects of work. Hacks alone with a confident quiet rider, also hacks with others and will take lead if he needs to or will happily go in the middle or the back of the ride. He is ROR eligible.

He does wind suck after eating or treats but this doesn’t affect his ability to work. He has also had a locked stifle previously but this was due to not being in work and has only happened a hand full of times. He does have pads in his fronts for extra support due to thin soles. However, this also doesn’t affect his work.

He can be sold with correctly fitting tack if necessary. This was recently checked at the beginning of February.

Home is by far more important than price!

I would consider full loan to be kept at current yard which is located just outside of Dorchester. There is an amazing, very experienced instructor on-site, so lessons are available. Also plenty of hacking around.

A super sweet level headed little mare that has a huge amount to offer. Bred for sport, good mover, plenty of scope but a good enough brain for an amateur/teen rider. Whilst she would go on and do any job, she isn’t a hot sharp type that ‘needs’ a job. She has a lovely soft mouth and is nice off the leg.

Riding really well for her age and been sympathetically produced to date. Goes sweetly on the flat, has been to arena hires/Xc schooling. Done a days hunting with the Fernie beginning of this year for education.

Very easy into a fence, really enjoys it and can sort herself out if you get the striding wrong. Really wants to please and soaks everything up like a sponge. Hacks alone and in company, good in traffic and really doesn’t seem to be phased by much.

Easy to do on the ground, enjoys a fuss and a groom and isn’t mareish. Turns out individually or with others.

This gorgeous 16.1 hh dark brown 15 year old mare is very well bred with Woodlander Rockstar and Weltmeyer lines and is sadly looking for a new 5* home.
She is well schooled and nicely established having competed at medium level. She has lovely paces and a real ‘look at me’ quality.
She was purchased last winter after the loss of previous 28 year old hack. Through no fault of hers she has now decided it’s time to hang up her boots and retire from having horses.

He’s 7 rising 8 years old in May and approximately 16hh (but I haven’t had a stick on him yet) A real easy personality on the yard who’s just so happy to be doing anything and everything!

Absolutely Fab for the farrier, super easy to clip, bath and loves to be made a fuss of. He’s fabulous to load, snaffle mounted and great with children and dogs all running about him on the yard!

This chap has obtained 21 BD points to date and had a Riding Club Preliminary 6 win back in October! 🥇

Always in the ribbons this boy is a real head turner!

He can jump but this needs bringing on ans his primary focus has been dressage.

Meet our fantastic Rocco, our rising 5yo gelding, standing at 15.2 hands.
He’s been given the time to mature in the field and has recently been broken in over Christmas.

Court Affairs (Rolo) 12 year old retired from racing in 2020

⭐️Rolo is a pleasure to own and really is the yard favourite both with the horses and humans
⭐️Hacks alone and in company goes 1st or last. Prefers to be up front in canter but will stay behind.

He has fallen out of love with poles and jumping although he will walk over logs etc on a ride.
He is a typical thoroughbred and will shy at a leaf out of place log in the wrong place and a painted drain cover, this has improved a lot in the time I’ve had him.
