Description

For sale on behalf of client - Rua. She is a 14.3 liver chestnut 6yo mare. She has no recording breeding but looks to be Trotter X New Forest. She is a compact, fine boned mare with 3 sweet paces. She was a rescue as a yearling and her owner has no desire to ride, but Rua needs a job.

She is looking for a 1-1 long term home, best suited to a quiet home with a confident, capable, firm but fair individual.
I backed and broke her last year and she was riding away in walk, trot and canter as well as popping a small jump and hacking alone and in company. She has seen traffic and is always snaffle mouthed including when cantering in open spaces. She was then left to mature over the winter and brought back into work Mid April.

Since coming back this year, she is working into a contact in walk, trot and canter.
On the flat, she is soft in the mouth, responsive and forward. Her trot is probably her best pace and the canter still needs to develop strength to do a prelim test. She canters on the correct leads and could easily score well at walk and trot.

Rua loves to jump! Before being turned away over winter, she attended a small RC showjumping and coped with it all very well. She waited on the lorry, warmed up well with others and jumped round well. She is very bold to fillers and a water tray. She is still very green in this area but has competed 60cm and popped up to 80cm at home.

Rua did her first cross country session recently and took to it very well. She has jumped logs, tyres, up and down steps and over a ditch first time. She enjoyed herself and was very sure footed.

She is a fun forward hack who likes to get on with the job. She’s not strong but needs to be told to ‘woah’ rather than go. She can be spooky but doesn’t buck or rear or anything nasty with it. Just a shy/ jump.

Rua is a sensitive mare who takes time to trust and needs someone who will consider this. She has quickly built a bond with me despite her being one of 10 on my yard. I’m sure with 1-1 she will thrive even more!

She is cheap to keep, barefoot and currently up to date with her trimming, worming, physio and the saddler. Passported and vaccinated. Can be turned out with or without others but can be defensive around food with other horses. Good to catch 90% of the time. On an ‘off’ day, she can be easily persuaded with a few nuts in a scoop.
She hasn’t travelled much but has done loading practice and a few short trips out and is getting better each time. She has never been clipped but I have trimmed her bridlepath and beard with small dog trimmers.

Her ideal home will be with a small adult who enjoys producing young horses, is confident and sympathetic.
Open to vet, trainers and multiple viewings.

Description

Genuinely amazing Welsh D gelding who just wants to be your friend. Tries really hard and is very willing.
Hacks for miles and miles either on his own or in company. Good in traffic!
Never bucks, rears or any nasty behaviour.
Excellent ground manners! Loads with absolutely no issues and good with the farrier.
Has done lots of natural horsemanship/liberty work in the past and I would love for him to go to someone who would carry on with it, or at least be willing to learn because he definitely enjoys that part of his life too.
He works really well on the flat and always in the snaffle or bitless. Has excellent brakes!

He is an easy ride but wouldn't be suitable for someone nervous as he is responsive, therefore no complete novices please.
He will only go to the right person/home as he is a very, very special little horse.

Description

🌟🌟🌟PRICE RECUSED🌟🌟🌟

I have come to the extremely difficult decision to sell my beautiful boy INKA.

£6000- OFFERS ACCEPTED

Based near Burley- New Forest

He is a 17hh 15 year old Irish sports horse.

I have owned him for 5 years and we have competed at discovery showjumping, both affiliated and unaffiliated. He has a large show jumping record with previous owner.
We have also completed in dressage and cross country.

Firstly the cons, because I want his new owners to fully understand him.

He does not like being on his own on the yard, he struggles leaving his buddys. This caused him to weave in his stable when stressed or on his own. Requires routine.

He is not the simplest to ride, can be a little spooky when out hacking, however nothing you can’t ride through with a confident person.

He needs a constant routine. He struggles with change, please don’t expect him to go in the field one week and stable him the next.

And now for the pros!
He is the kindest horse going, doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. Never kicked, bitten, bucked, reared….he genuinely has a heart of gold and wants to please. My dad hates horses but Inka is basically the family dog now.

He will turn his hoof to anything! We have done beach rides, competitions, happy hacking, schooling, bareback rides, fun rides, you name it we’ve done it!

He will stand and be groomed for hours, loves attention.

He has taught my novice sister and mum to ride. He definitely knows when they are on board and he truly looks after them.

Hacks alone, in company, in front and behind.

He is barefoot, has been since March 2020 and I would never put shoes back on, his feet are FAB. However we never had problems with the farrier if required.

He has traveled in a box and lorry with no issues, loads like a saint.

He will come with tack, rugs and all the bits you will need.

Please share! Contact me if you have any questions.

This is the hardest thing to do however I know it’s right for Inks🖤 I truly love this horse with all my heart and this is a heartbreaking sale but it is what is best. He deserves a loving family who has all the time in the world for love and cuddles.

Dun Cob x Connie 💛
Absolutely stunning & extremely sweet.
3 year old filly / May 2019.

This striking little model is currently unbroken, she passed her 2 stage vetting yesterday including flexions.

I feel she is likely to make a wonderful allrounder / show / family share type.
Would also make a wonderful broodmare.

We will be starting her slowly but thought we would see if her forever home is out there prior to this. Lovely to handle & groundwork coming along v well. Going to be an easy, placid & difficult to find type.

POA.
No vices or injuries / lumps etc.
Can deliver nationwide.

Description

Beautiful 15hh, 7 year old mare (not Marish) she has the most wonderful temperament, good to do in all ways. She has bred 2 foals hence the late breaking in.

She has been broken, ridden out on her own and in company, in front or behind, very good in traffic (‘A’ road and country lanes), she has had some schooling which she enjoys and is willing to learn, a blank canvas ready to produce into a good all round horse. She is a horse that could have a very good future to in the right hands.

This is a very reluctant sale, she must go to a 5* forever home and be loved and spoilt.

She comes with a Wintec 500 Cair Saddle, bridle and rugs. £7,500

Description

I have owned his handsome gelding since he was 6 and first arrived here from Ireland. He is a much loved member of our family but because I am leaving home for University, I need to find a new permanent home for him where he can be enjoyed and can enjoy hacking, low level jumping and going to the occasional local/riding club show.

Shaggy is great fun and bold to hack; he is very good in traffic and won’t buck, rear nor bolt. He is not a novice ride as he is very forward, sensitive and can be strong. He can get tense and a bit fizzy and can easily be misunderstood so he needs an experienced, sensitive, mature rider who will give him confidence and reassurance.

On the ground, he is the happiest and easiest horse to manage, whether inside or out; whether with farrier, vet, dentist. He is a good doer who will happily live out year round on decent grass without any hard feed or he can live in if required. He is very sociable and does need to live in company either with one other horse/pony or in a mixed herd. He is a good traveller in a lorry or trailer; alone or in company.

Shaggy loves to be out and is currently exercised 3-5 times per week. Equally he can stay in the field for a couple of weeks and then come straight back in to work. He thrives from his work and is always looking to please his rider. 3+ years ago he had a leg injury but he was carefully rehabilitated and is fully recovered but this is reflected in the price.

I am looking for a forever home for him where he’ll be thoroughly spoilt and looked after. He’s a very affectionate and loving horse and deserves a quality 5* home.

£3000. Serious enquiries only please.

Description

Absolutely stunning just turned 4 year old gelding. Evenly marked with beautiful face. I don't have a single bad word to say about this chap, if he had grown a little bigger he'd be with me for life! He is light in frame and more like an Overgrown pony! He is THE easiest youngster I've had the pleasure of working with. He absolutely adores humans and can't do enough to please you.

He's done forest walks in hand in full tack, long reined and lightly backed, to which absolutely nothing has even raised an eyebrow with him. He longreined straight over a river/bridge without hesitation first time. He gallops to the gate when you call his name. You can rug him without a Headcollar in a field in 50mph winds and he's steady as a rock. Fab with the farrier, has front shoes on. He's in a large herd of geldings but doesn't give a monkeys if they all go riding at the same time and he's left alone, he just grazes. Leads very quietly on a loose rope everywhere, even in the forest. Completely Respects all fencing. Isn't worried about dogs running around him. I Harrow the field around him without a worry in the world. Loads himself and travels perfectly. Ties up nicely in the yard. Happily goes in a stable. Has done local inhand showing with success. (His front feet point outwards slightly so might not suit a pure showing home.) I think he'll make the most awesome and safe riding club type horse, he will literally be your best friend for life! Easy to groom, hose etc. Jabs, worming and teeth all up to date. He's had no expense spared growing up!

He will be an easy summer project to finish, though I will continue backing and riding him away whilst he is with me.
Absolutely no novices, he is a Saint but he's also a 4 year old. I'd like to find his forever human that wants to do riding club/pony club, sponsored rides, cross country etc. He really is an Overgrown labrador, he'd be on your sofa in the evenings if he could!

£5500 right home paramount to me. Viewing is BH24 2SB. Really flexible on days and times for viewings.

Description

He is an excellent HACK horse, kind and gentle, easy to do all round.

Up to date with vaccinations, wormer, farrier and dentist.

Hacks alone or in company. Prefers to be turned out with another horse, does wind suck, (this has not resulted in any issues).

Only reason for sale is due to a freak accident to another horse and the cost of vet bills! Otherwise would not be selling.

New home must be willing to ride according to his needs and be of a 5* standard. He has done us proud and we want to be able to ensure he is well looked after at a forever home.

This gorgeous horse retired from racing sound and has started his re training with us showing a fantastic attitude to his work.

Although green has three balanced paces and is very easy to ride, responsive to the leg and proving very trainable.

He has been XC schooling and jumped everything first time of asking.

He is lovely to have on the yard at home, brilliant to hack alone or in company and absolutely no vices at all.

Description

Seeking an experienced loving forever home for this gorgeous boy to do low key activities. He will suit someone who wants a quality horse but is not interested in doing loads of hard serious work.
He has low mileage, done some low level dressage, show jumping and hacking.

He is hacking out regularly, doing low key activities and is happy and well. He’s got a few minor lumps & bumps but doesnt affect him and will give someone years of happy riding, going out & about as he’s lovely to handle & have around, also loads & travels well.

However, he would not suit a novice, could take advantage of them. He loves the positivity of experienced handling & riding as he takes confidence from this and can have the odd spook & buck if fresh.
A quiet but effective rider will get the best from him. He hacks out on own or in company but likes to be in front as he can get excitable behind.
This is only because he doesn’t hack out much with others (only occasionally have someone to hack with). If he hacked out regularly with others I’m sure he’d be fine ..when he’s become used to any changes in his life he always settles well with that same positivity from the rider/handler. Good at shows but hasn’t been to many.
He has the kindest temperament , comes to call, follows you around in the paddock, loves attention & cuddles.
Great with heavy machinery, traffic, tractors etc., farrier, dentist , catch, box, clip.

£6750 (sensible offers considered for the right home)

Sadly for sale due to change in personal circumstances, 14.3hh registered Irish cob, 8 years old. Good to box, clip, catch, handle and shoe. Has done very little in last two years but has hacked out in open forest and small amount of work in the school. Great blank canvas for someone. Not suitable for novice due to age and can be cheeky with complete novices. £5000 but good home more important than price.

Description

Recently imported from Holland, Leona stands at 16.1hh, very well related, 7yo mare. Outstanding model, well put together, clean / straight limbed and open to any inspection.

Leona has impeccable mannerisms and is a very easy horse for anyone to care for. Easy to do everything with, no stable vices. She is certainly a firm yard favourite amongst us all here.

Leona is a very flashy, uphil mover. Certainly a head turner for all the right reasons. Works in a very natural outline, easy off the leg, very comfortable ride. Still requiring some further production and needs to build strength through the back end, however with further production there would be no reason this horse couldn’t go very far in the dressage arena / eventing.

Leona has endless scope over a fence, brave and exceptionally careful with textbook technique and all the right attributes to make an excellent show jumper / Eventer. Easy and competitive enough for an amateur to produce, or talented enough for a professional looking to add to their string.

Hacks out well, alone or in company. 110% reliable in traffic, fantastic in open spaces, will go first or last, on the buckle sort of ride , never put a foot wrong and loves going out.

Leona has attended training shows and proves to be very brave and easy to take out. Leona has been produced slowly due to having such a big and careful jump. We would expect to see great things from her in the future.

Leona has recently attended riding club and proves to be sensible and reliable even though she is green. Very brave, easy to ride in an open space amongst a crowd of horses. Happy to go in and out of water. This mare will be someone’s horse of a life time.

No novices as she is a chestnut mare and can be quirky. Will undoubtedly be a true star in capable hands

⭐️AMAZING OPPORTUNITY⭐️

amazing opportunity for someone wanting
to ride more of the advanced work. He is
training at PSG at home and
he has taught my daughter so much, Scarlett has had him since she was 14. He

being over horsed then he is perfect. He
