You may like to know that the new rule book for 2011 is now on the BRC web pages www.britishridingclubs.org.uk . Printed copies should be with club secretaries shortly. The 2011 rule will take effect from 1 January 2011 and therefore will apply to the Winter Dressage and Novice Indoor Show Jumping Qualifiers.

There are two fairly major changes, firstly on downgrading where the old system of deducting points or £s for each year a horse has been un-registered is abolished and replaced with a system of application for downgrading. The second change is on the compliancy with the flu vaccination rules, where certain errors in the programme that were made over 5 years ago may be discounted. Please check the rules for the exact details.
