Hello i am new to this site, im desperately trying to find my old pony who i had as a 3 year old.
Her name is Savannah, she is a 13.2 dark bay new forest. and will be about 11 years old, possibly 12. She was a brilliant games pony and did very well in gymkhana when i had her, she was also a fantastic jumper and had the potential to go far. She was a lovely mare, very friendly, never kicked, bit, bucked or reared and never stopped at a fence and could easy jump 1 meter. she had no white markings on her, in the summer her coat used to go bright bay and in the winter months very dark.
She was sold in september 2004 to amy and elaine cook from North Moor Farm, Scotter, Gainsborough where she was in the scunthorpe pony club with amy. I have been in touch with amy and she said she was then sold on sometime in 2005 to a girl called lily Whitworth-Bielle in Spalding, her mother is called Jutta and she runs the website for burghley pony club, the family also own the baytree garden centre in spadling. Amy told me that lily had sold her on she thinks in 2006. i have managed to trace Lily's mother and she emailed me saying -

Hi Nikki
Thank you for your email regarding Savannah.
I heard from her new owners not so long ago. She had been owned by a family and used as a jumping pony for their son. She's been in the pony club ever since we had her.
The lad has now out grown her, and she's been sold to a young girl who is in the same pony club.
I'm sorry but I never kept their details. All I can tell you is that its out Birmingham way.
When I spoke to the Lady who owns her now, she was very happy with her.
Sorry I cannot be more help in this quest.
Regards
Jutta

so now i know a little more, she is somewhere out birmingham way, i dont know what pony club so im trying to go through all the ones i find on google. I would really like to trace this pony. She was untouchable when she arrived and i worked with her and we had a great bond. she could be a little nervous of her ears being touched but she might have got over this now. i will attach some photos from when i had her in 2004. if anyone can help id really appreciate it. i just really want to know how shes doing as i miss her so much. please join this group on facebook and suggest to friends to help find her http://www.facebook.com/groups/199594160120925/ thanks for reading x
