Uploading photos to classifieds adverts causes by far the most problems. Unfortunately the system will not automatically resize images, so they must be set to the correct size before uploading. Having a maximum size is important to stop large images clogging up the system & slowing the site down. Many images received are larger than the entire classifieds database!
The photo upload & error pages have been modified today to clarify requirements & highlight why an image is rejected.
A second photo resizer has been added to the photo help page for portrait format images.
Hopefully this will make it easier, if not just Email over the photo & we’ll sort it out for you.
