44110171228 refers to the theft of a set of harness from the New Forest area. The set is black "Van de Wiel" make with a tan coloured padding. This set would fit a 14.2 hh. The bridle to the set was left behind and a brown bridle stolen instead. The bridle has stitching in the shape of a "V" on the blinkers.
