NORTHERN COUNTRY WATCH WEEKLY

WITH YOUR HELP

Following a report from a Countrywatch member, a Country Watch officer attended the area of Bramdean, an area suffering from suspected illegal off road activity. As a result of the call, a male was found on the public highway with a unregistered, untaxed motorcycle. The machine was seized and the rider reported for numerous traffic offences.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Targeted Patrol officers stop checked a vehicle on the A31 in the early hours of the morning, the vehicle was searched and found to contain a number of plastic fuel tanks, hosing and plastic gloves. The occupant was arrested for going equipped to steal. Enquiries are ongoing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Country Watch officers and Hampshire Horse watch worked jointly together to attend a recent large table top tack sale. Post coded property that had been reported stolen during a burglary was identified and enquiries are ongoing.
